호텔은 깨끗하고 좋은데 조식이 다양하지 않아요

완벽한 입지 조건과 청결한 시설, 친절한 서비스까지 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

This hotel is literally super. Although it is definetely not an absurd hotel which have prices of 400 - 600 euros per a night, it provides "truly" large and wide room. It was really impressive to me, because I have not ever seen a hotel like this which has so big room, in the whole European continent. And this enormous room doesn't charge exorbitant costs. This hotel is perfectly reasonable and economical! In addition to the extremely large space of the room, the reception was really kind and merciful. After my check-out, I had to find a suitable place to wait for my train. It was because there was a term of 3 hours between my check-out and my train-boarding time. Hesitating to ask for me to wait my train at the hotel's lobby, I asked the reception whether it was permitted. And the staff at the reception kindly answered me that it is possible and there is no problem. By her grand favor, I could comfortably wait for my train at the clean and cool place, the hotel's lobby. I would like to emphasize that I truly appreciate the staffs of the reception. To sum up, this hotel is very clean, large, kind, reasonable, and so extremely super.

브뤼셀 미디역에서 도보로 2분거리에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 방 크기도 유럽의 일반적인 호텔보다 넓어 편리하게 이용했습니다.

짧은기간 합리적인 비용으로 지내기에 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 다만 미디역 근처기 때문에 중심 시내와 걸어 다니기에 위치가 약간 멀었습니다. 제가 물건을 방에 두고 왔었는데 직원이 친절히 응대하며 찾아주었습니다.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Badewanne. Betten auch sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet sehr ausgiebig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings ein nach zwei Seiten verglastes Eckzimmer mit Blick auf Seitenstraße vom Brüsseler Hauptbahnhof. Leider Drogenviertel. Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag an und waren ca 1 Stunde in der Nähe (ca 200m vom Hotel) etwas essen. Wir sind nach dem Essen gegen 20 Uhr direkt ins Hotel. Auf dem Weg dorthin sah man viele Drogenjunkies, auch vor dem Hotel. Ich hatte das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht. Würde dort aber mit Kindern und auch allein wegen der fragwürdigen Umgebung nicht nochmal hin. Nachts gab es ziemliche Randale vor der Fensterseite, so dass wir sogar kurz wach wurden. Das Hotel kann natürlich nichts für die Umgebung, aber für den Preis hätte ich gern eine bessere Umgebung gehabt. Pluspunkt: der Hauptbahnhof ist wirklich nur über die Str und man kommt superschnell hin.

Next to Brussels Midi with many transportation and food court options. No restaurant on premises. Area around property is noisy and unclean. Reasonable prices.

ブリュッセル南駅からとても近く便利でしたが、観光地からは少し離れています。 でも、徒歩圏内です。

Good location , good environment, big & tidy room

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem em frente à estação Brussels Midi, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento de trem e também o acesso ao transporte público da cidade. O quarto era confortável e de bom tamanho, com banheiro igualmente agradável e funcional. O café da manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade de opções — desde pães e frios até frutas frescas, sucos e itens quentes. De forma geral, foi uma estadia muito boa, com tudo funcionando bem e atendendo às expectativas. Uma escolha prática e conveniente para quem deseja se hospedar em Bruxelas com facilidade de locomoção.

room1で3泊しましたが、1階で窓のそばには石畳の道路があり、夜中でも車の騒音が激しく全く寝れなかった。ベッドは幅1メールのものを2個並べてシングルベッドにしており、夜その隙間が開くので大変不快。おまけに無料朝食などなく、全くデタラメな宿でした。

The reception was cold and bordering rude and dismissive. We arrived about 5 minutes to 3 pm (the stated check-in time) and were told that the rooms would not be ready for 20-25 minutes. There was no welcome, no apology for the delayed availability of the rooms, no smile. Coming from countries where the service sector is key to the economy, we know good customer service and the reception we received at Park Inn Brussels was missing the mark by far. There was a change in front desk clerk and the first one did not even advise the new one that we were awaiting our rooms. At about 3:30 pm we approached the desk and had to restart the processes. Still there was no apology. The second clerk was keen to advise us that checkout is at noon with no consideration that we waited for more than 30 minutes to check in. On our next visit, we will not subject ourselves to this type of treatment again. We are on a multi-city European tour and the service in all the other hotels was significantly superior to this service at Park Inn Brussels. We are indeed very disappointed! It is a pity that such a nice facility will miss out on future business because of the poor service.

The area is very unsafe for solo female travelers. I changed hotels the following morning and never returned. The was nobody at the front desk to do the early check out so I just left.
