i stayed in this hotel for only a day but it was THE WORST HOTE OR INN OR MOTEL OR ANT KIND OF ROOM that is designed for sleeping and relaxing. Without an elevator, it is impossible to carry your carrier to the room and without any electrical outlet near desk or bed your devices should stay on floor while charging. Also, the bathroom is out of standards that water pressure is too low and merely possible to maintain a temperature. You have to leave your room key to the front desk when you leave the hotel for no reason(no turndown service of course...). Although the location may be useful for some guests, considering overall experiences here, i strongly recommend to stay away at least a mile from this establishment. Overall, I will not even think about revisiting Brussels and it is a shame to the entire continent.

Sejour pour 2 nuits, j'ai eu le droit qu'a une seule serviette. 2 petits flacon de gel douche dont un tres sale. Des fourmis sur le lavabo, télécommande de tv crasseux. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Jai du insister pour que lon me garde mon sac en consigne posé par terre dans le couloir de passage client. On doit rendre la clé de notrz chambre a chaque sortie. On se sent tres mal a l'aise et absolument pas accueilli comme un hotel devrait le faire. Le prix n'est absolument pas justifier appart la proximité du métro Rogier et d'une avenue commerçante. Faire attention aux photos qui sont complètements bidon.

Établissement pas très propre (moisissure dans la salle de bain, lit sale). Sécurité à revoir. Lés fenêtres donnent suf un espace facilement accessible par tout le monde, dans pas très sécurisé

This hotel just provides a bed and a washroom. So, I was not expecting much. However, they can improve their level of cleanliness. There was no elevator but that’s something they cannot fix. Overall, this hotel was ok. I would suggest them to improve their level of cleanliness.

This supposedly Royal Hotel isn’t a hotel at all—just a few small rooms in an apartment building. There wasn’t even a proper shower, just a handheld showerhead with no wall mount, so you have to hold it with one hand while trying to shower. The television didn’t work properly, and my room was never cleaned—not that it would have helped much. The assistant or manager I encountered should not be working in the hospitality industry. The “Royal Hotel” is a complete fraud. The photos shown on Expedia are fake or heavily misleading. I’ve stayed in much better rental places in Brussels years ago at a third of the price I paid for this awful experience. I honestly don’t believe the positive reviews for this place are real. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in—and I travel frequently across Europe and around the world. I’m a Gold status member with Air France/KLM, and this was beyond unacceptable.

Very narrow , if you have alot of luggage good luck carrying it up the narrow stairs , can hear everything from everyone’s room , the receptionist was pretty bland and unfriendly

The room was in poor condition. Heating stuck on very hot, non secure window and fire door. Shower was broken, sheets weren't clean and the room was in very poor condition in general. The wifi was so slow it was unusable.

Great location. Only problem is the hotel does not have elevators to go into the rooms and to check in. Its very difficult to go up stairs with luggages. I mean like 3-4 floors on narrow stairs

The room it was big enough but internet wise it was terrible. I have to walk next to the reception to be able to use my phone.

take room 20 excellent room the others seem new the building is old bit inside is nice

We were afraid to go into the bathroom; it was full of mold and overall unclean. Also, it serves no purpose to "say" you have internet, if the only place you can get it is in the hallway next to the admin office.

Even for the low price I paid this place is the pits. In need of some serious renovation. Mould in the bathroom. Toilet panel fallen off. Shower was pretty powerful but no shelf to place shower gel etc. Single bed is not wide enough to be a single. One plus side is the 24/7 reception.
