Habitaciones grandes y limpias, muy buena ubicación

I booked this studio for its location and advertised facilities, but the reality was disappointing. Key issues during my stay: Major problems: Broken toilet seat and lid – never repaired. Only 1/3 of a toilet roll provided – no replacements available. Wi-Fi did not work at all despite reports with screenshots; I was told nothing could be done due to a public holiday. TV not working – only blue screen with channel list, no picture. No timelines or urgency from staff, even after I explained my short stay. Additional issues (with photos): Curtains with stains resembling blood spots. Cracked stool that trapped my skin and caused an injury. Floor heavily scratched and black table surface worn with chipped paint. Fan extremely dusty. Shower cabin far too small. Room looked worse than in the photos; some elements shown were missing (e.g. kettle and toaster). Positives: Convenient central location. Good size of the studio. Toiletries (lavender-scented) were pleasant. Kitchen had basics, though missing an electric kettle and toaster. Overall: Despite some positives, the number of unresolved problems and misleading presentation made this stay uncomfortable and poor value for money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le frigo était en panne ( ne fait pas de froid…) Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs demande auprès de la direction….rien n’a été fait…pas même un échange de chambre…Rue bruyante le soir…sdf qui hurlent. ..Porte d’accès à l’immeuble vandalisé…insécurité. Clientèle féminine de l’hôtel douteuse…

Super l’ studio, propreté impecable , mais l’entrée de l’immeuble c’est une poubelle, il faut refaire complètement l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est inadmissible c’est entrée , chaque fois que quelqu’un rentre dans les immeubles, la porte claque est réveillé à tout l’immeuble , à cause de ça 3 étoile mais l’ studio 4 étoile , merci

Pour un séjour court (dans notre cas 2 nuits), on peut s'en satisfaire, mais pour plus long, les points négatifs (état du canapé, confort général, l'aspect peu fonctionnel de l'appartement, wifi capricieux, ...) risquent de prendre le dessus. Rien d'inacceptable pour autant, disons que dans l'ensemble tout est plutôt moyen.

Internet c’était marché pendant mon séjour

We had to climb 4 floors by stairs ,this was not listing in the advertisement, we arrived 2 hrs previous of the check inn and they want to charge 100 euros for 2 hrs

Otroligt dålig incheckning som tog över 1 timme att lösa via en dålig telefonledning. Dålig service och när vi väl fick tillgång till rummet så var städningen dålig och boendet saknar WiFi. I övrigt ligger det gångavstånd in till centrum och det finns barer, restaurang och butik på gatan.

Insgesamt war es ein gutes und sauberes Apartment gewesen. Bei unserem gab es leider keinen elektronischen Wasserkocher, aber alles andere war vorhanden gewesen. Die Dusche und die Toilette (ohne Waschbecken) sind in zwei unterschiedlichen Räume, und das richtige Waschbecken befindet sich mitten im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

The hotel did not send check info and attempted to charge us for our stay. Horrible communication with the property.

Location was close to train and public transport. Room was dirty when I arrived (dirt on floors, shower not clean). There is no shower screen door, so water went everywhere each time we had a shower. Wifi only seemed to work through the day which was no use as we were out exploring the city.

The location was ideal for us, the property was really clean, we had some confusion finding the property and our taxi driver had to liaise with Smartflats but we were driving round for a while trying to find it, there’s a really strong smell in the property from the drains and the noise from outside is constant throughout the night

N'étant pas restée à cause d'une déception à l'arrivée, j'ai appelle' une personne pour bien préciser mon départ au moment même! Il faut signaler aux clients 1) que vous faites des travaux 2) la literie est aux pieds de l'escalier! 3) pas d'ascenseur!!!! Je désire le remboursement du montant payé

For the money it was great.

Loud, one hears people coming in and out. Also poorly insulated towards the outside. One also smells other guests' cooking very strongly. The apartment could also have been cleaner

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cette établissement mais cette fois ci j'ai du réclamer les codes d'accès le séjour de mon arrivée. En dehors de cela, j'étais satisfait, bien situé et bien équipé, de l'usure naturel pour un appartement loué mais rien de significatif.

Difícil check in and out, tuvimos que esperar casi 3 horas para lograr ingresar porque no habían recibido el depósito de garantía que ya yo había hecho.

Nous avions la chambre 002 au rez de chaussé. Cela a posé beaucoup de désagréments dûs aux bruit incessant de la porte d’entrée qui claquait à chaque fermeture. D’autant qu’un groupe ayant loué plusieurs chambre est arrivé le vendredi occasionnant des nuisances nocturnes ( cris , bruit, porte claquant): j’ai dû intervenir pour faire la police ( ce type d’hébergement sans personnel présent ne devrait pas accueillir des groupe de jeunes, puisque personne ne peut directement les canaliser). D’autre part, il manquait dans notre logement une recharge de gel douche, un torchon , un balai ( puisqu'on nous demande de le rendre dans un bon état de propriété). Pas de liste du matériel mis à dispisition.
