Not friendly

Nice modern property. Dark room, no AC (only had a heating setting). Comfortable bed and good shower. Area isn't the best.

Seemed very noisy. And very basic.

とても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができた。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。Midi駅からの道路は工事中でとても分かりにくいので、１駅だけですがメトロで移動するのが便利でした。

The property was great. Anderson at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. There was construction in the area which made finding the property a bit confusing but it's very close to the train station which was helpful. The area seemed pretty safe during the day, but a bit sketchy at night. The breakfast was great, everything fresh and tasty.

Was a very good hotel, conveniently to transportation and a helpful staff.

Een mooi goed hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Wordt gebouwd in de hele omgeving waardoor hotel moeilijk bereikbaar was. Parkeergarage was te ver.

L’hôtel n’est pas très bien situé surtout quand vous êtes en famille. À l’arrivée (avec des enfants) il y avait des personnes qui fumaient de l’herbe à l’entrée…la porte venait d’être endommagée…le quartier n’a aucun charme et n’est pas propre du tout (comme beaucoup de quartier à Bruxelles) dommage car l’hôtel est sympa! Je ne recommande pas en famille !

Wir waren für ein kurzes Wochenende in Brüssel - das joteñ ist ansprechend ausgestattet liegt zentral an einer Metro Station - das Frühstück kostet pro Person 16 Euro was in Anbetracht der Auswahl voll okay ist. Die Zimmer waren etwas eng, die klima hat im April nur geheizt und bei der Dusche die Türen ausgeleiert - ansonsten war alles perfekt

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de cet hôtel, que ce soit d’un point de vu accueil, propreté,confort et décoration. Le seul point faible est sa situation géographique, le quartier qui n’est pas aussi sécuritaire qu’il serait souhaitable pour un séjour familial. Le plus et un agent de sécurité a l’entrée de l’hôtel

Super expérience. Chambres ultra confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Décoré avec goût.

Overall the property was very comfortable and clean. My group enjoyed the stay. The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the small touches like the Belgian candies (“Cuberdon”) that were left for us in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the room had a nice and functional design. They store luggage for you which is very convenient but you put the luggage inside the room yourself which in my opinion is not very secure. Then they give you a bag check ticket. The hotel is small and has a small elevator. There was a coffee machine in the room and a few teas (but no kettle so I think you need to request that from the front desk). The area surrounding the hotel does not seem very safe especially at night. I never went back to the hotel particularly late but it just has an unsafe vibe unfortunately. It’s the area next to the train station (Brussels Midi station). Being that close to the station was very convenient however, for catching IC trains as well as the Eurostar)

The hotel uses bohemian decor which is a very cute and refreshing. The rooms had a modern design and breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful as well.

We had a fire drill happening and the staff acted that they didn’t know what to do and how to co-ordinate and evacuate the guests. The room siren was super loud and annoying. It appeared that they have those fire drills very frequently on the weekly basis or something may be wrong with the building and they don’t tell the guests. After check in and upon arriving in the room we found two pairs of new (sealed) ear plugs on the bedside stands and we were wondering what’s that all about. Front desk never advised us about it. Sure enough we experienced the nightmare. I still have ear tinnitus from the sirens loud noise. If they would have disclosed the issue upfront then I would had definitely not stayed at this hotel. And after all we received no apology or acknowledgment of any kind of the unpleasant situation they created.
