The room was cleaned daily and every one on staff were amazing.

The staff are terrific. Didn't get all their names but Victor and Eli were especially helpful. The "villas" are on the north island and not where we thought they'd be near the ferry dock, which was initially a shock. We had to take a golf cart, a short ferry, and another golf cart to reach the villa. It turned out ok because everyone was so nice shuttling us around, but it did mean a bit more hassle and earlier morning to get to our snorkel trip. The property is gorgeous and new with a beautiful ocean-front pool and nice little, simple restaurant. Though less than 2 years old, it seems older because work has been apparently shoddy. For example there are many places where paint has been sloppily applied. Our screen door didn't slide. There were no lightbulbs in any of our 4 reading lights on the beds. The drapes hang from a metal pipe rather than a proper rod, and are very cheap so don't keep out the glaring LED outdoor lights. Our door to the sun roof had a broken lock that would have locked us out of the apartment if we had all wanted to relax up there. The toilet seat was very loose. LOTS of potential here but they need a little quality control. However I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for peace and quiet and excellent service. AC was very cool and there's a huge new TV for movie night. Kitchen was well equipped and very neat.

The room was amazing, and the staff was agent more impressive. They were beyond friendly, constantly checking on us, driving us to and from the split, happy to find whatever NFL gam on at the bar and even coming to our room to get it on after the bar closed. Would return it recommend 100%

My family and I had an amazing stay at Island Magic Villas. We stayed for 4 nights over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed every minute. The villa was really clean and fresh including the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook or eat inside, they also have a water dispenser. All of the furniture was comfortable, all fresh linens provided. All of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating from the time we got to Belize city airport until we left. The restaurant on property served delicious food and drinks and offered plenty of fun things to do while on the property including the pool. You will get very scenic views and peaceful surroundings… not too far from the split. I would 100% recommend a stay here. I can’t wait to return.

Excellent stay. Very good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner available at the on-site restaurant. Robbie’s helpful and attentive service throughout the stay made everything perfect. We recommend getting the punch-card for “the split” foot ferry if you are staying for more than two nights — especially if you have multiple guests.

I stayed at El Ben Cabañas for one night in early October during my birthday trip to Belize. I was born in Belize and live in the United States, but on this visit home, I wanted to experience more of the tourist side this time. The resort is absolutely beautiful and located on the north side of Caye Caulker. Even though that side is quieter and less built up, the staff made everything so easy. They took us back and forth on a golf cart to the south side ferry whenever we wanted to explore and never once made us feel bad about it. We visited during the off-season, so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The night before, a storm had flooded the room we were supposed to have, so they upgraded us to the most amazing suite — a huge room, soft bed and sheets, a wraparound porch, a recliner chair, and even a heated toilet! The front desk welcomed us with two drinks, and everyone we met was friendly and kind. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked us in because she was wonderful. The property was peaceful, clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing. You do have to pay for your own ferry back and forth from north to south, but they’ll help you coordinate it easily. Overall, it was the best way I could’ve spent my birthday, and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxury stay in Caye Caulker. THANK YOU EL BEN!

The staff was sooo amazing. Very friendly, kind and caring. The restaurant made really good food. The setting and ambience was a dream. The rooms were immaculate. I will definitely be back. Much thanks to Lorena and Robbie!

We had a great stay! The staff, food and property were great. It was so nice to have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. I wish the ferry and bike rentals were included in the price of the stay.

Det var et rigtigt dejligt ophold. Lækkert og stort værelse, god aircon. Poolen var ikke ret ren, og restauranten er lidt for dyr. Meget flot service, vi fik alle de ture i golfvogn vi skulle bruge. Der var sindssygt mange myg på hele øen, men det var ikke hotellets skyld. Personalet er meget venlige.

We loved our stay here. It was on the north island so it was secluded from the busy south island. Its just a short boat ride to the other side and you can call the property to get a ride on a golf cart. The veiw from our room was amazing. The suite itself was clean and spacious. It has a kitchen with everything you need to cook. I suggest buying your food at the Chinatown market on the south island, buying any alcohol at the duty free when you land, and your beer at one of the liquor stores on the south side. They also have a nice bar and grill on property if you want to skip cooking. The staff here was amazing. If you need anything all you need to do is ask. I will be coming back to stay for a few days next year. They also have water dispensers in the kitchen so you dont have to worry about buying bottled water. They will come switch out the empty jug for a full one upon request.

Great pool, excellent staff

The convenience of the kitchen inside the units was a plus! Cold AC. Great food and drinks! Great pool. Perfect dock to watch the sunrise! But the staff are the real stars!! They went above and beyond in every way!! From check-in/out to arranging our transportation, they were AMAZING!! Made us feel like family!

The staff was amazing. They always addressed us by name and were super helpful and very responsive. This is on the North Split which is still being developed but it is beautiful and quiet. We would definitely go back!!

We had an amazing stay at Island Magic. All of the staff and owners were so friendly and so helpful to ensure you had the best experience while on the island. Rain or quick tropical shower they are sure make you smile and have an enjoyable day. Transportation to other restaurants on the North Side were available. You can rent bikes from the hotel to explore the island. Great option to get to Bliss Beach. The units are big; great for long stays and families.

What a lovely property! All of the employees we encountered were amazing, especially Robby who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious, environment was magical, & even though there were a couple hiccups with the room (there was a leak) it was met with expediency. We would gladly recommend this to anyone and will be back!

The villas inside and around, the view of the pool and the ocean, everything is la paradise Hospitality is amazing. 🌞🌞
