Beautiful grounds and nice bar and pool. Cabins are comfortable and clean. Service staff was excellent and responded to our needs very promptly.

It’s a great small hotel. It’s very cozy end well located. The cabin was nice and the hotel personal was very friendly. Pool was great. The hotel is surto y two peers but the water in the sea is dirty in that place so it’s possible to swim only in the pool. The location is great, about 3.4 km from San Pedro town , you can easily walk there by the beach . We enjoyed our stay there

The rooms are awesome, the staff is great. The beach access is awful it’s concrete and you can’t walk on sand by the water. The water itself which you can reach climbing down a ladder on the pier is ugly and dark looking, doesn’t even look like Caribbean. The location is great. I’d stay here again just plan trips to beach.

I said I would give a good review, and I will. It was Good :) The staff were helpful and kind and the “acting manager” I dealt with was great. A personable man making me feel at home and taken care of which goes a long way being a world traveller. The property itself is on the coastline and in good distance to get around with Casita’s that are spacious offering what is needed. Suggestions: Property TLC and a stronger WIFI. All the best !

This place is ok, but the description is a bit misleading. The cabins were nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The one bar/restaurant had a nice vibe, friendly staff, and a good selection of food and drinks all day long. It would have been nice to have a weather-proof option to eat somewhere nearby. There is a little shop down the road that sells everything and a number of restaurants. Unfortunately, there was no sand on the beach and one could not access the water from the beach or pier due to all the sargasso weed and the plastic trash within it. The beach and pool furniture was poorly maintained. There is no spa (some person makes house calls for $1/minute).

This resort was amazing. I loved how freeing it was. The staff were super friendly and they answered every request we had the restaurant was okay but the view from the restaurant was amazing. The people at this resort really work hard and it shows in their amazing service. I would recommend anyone to come.

The property looks good in photos but it was not clean

I consider this place my home away from home. I tried to stay at other hotels on the island but I just couldn’t I changed my reservation so I could stay at My Royal Caribbean

I liked the proximity to everything it was very quite the pool was very nice and always keeper clean I did a excursion out to hol chan reserve and snorkled seen turtles and nurse sharks and rays and they pick you up right at the dock ,I did not try toasts the restaurant but locals gave it a great review I would recommend this property for the price I paid outstanding

The condos are great and the staff were excellent.

Def not a 4-star property as advertised, but it works perfectly fine! My only issue is that I arrived a tad late in the evening/night, and staff were slow on responding. Signs to the main office were difficult to find… then again, I eventually made it there and they were super friendly and accommodating.

It was quiet. Great for just laying out and reading. The pool was ok, Could be cleaner. While sitting at the pool the scenery at sunrise & sunset are beautiful. The beach…non-existent. So if you are looking for beach time and staying here…take the 1 hour golf cart drive to secret beach. The cabanas were like a Girl Scout camping luxury cabin. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place..stay here.

This is our favorite place to stay in San pedro. Beautiful views, lots of palm trees nice beach and pool very friendly staff

The property itself was nice, convenient clean and quiet. The small villa like huts have everything you need a for comfortable few days stay. Lots of palm trees and green plus beautiful iguanas. The only downside honestly was the inattentive reception staff. I tried for nearly 2 days to switch out my pool towels and every time i walked there even during "open hours" the office would be closed. It has 2 doorbells supposedly for an emergency which i used but with no result no one came and i waited long enough. When they were finally open i questioned their hours and the response was "we were here, we were open" she said this with a smile! which was an obvious lie. besides the poor front desk help the property was nice.

Royal Caribbean staff was superb! Donna and Delia were always anxious to help me! Especially when I recieved a sting ray sting! Transporting me to medical attention was a true indication of there true concern and support to a guest when in need!! The pool bar was also another great option this resort had! Dixie along w Alberto where so generous! As well as the other staff members!! The water activity desk provided me three memorable snorkel excursions!! Eric along with Manuel, Ryan and Kasey were very professional!! I truly hope to make a return here one day!! Duncan Cooke

AVOID! TERRIBLE! Cheap for a reason. Location sucks. No security on the property. Literally anybody can just walk up to your room door. Someone walk me up at 4AM by knocking on my room door. BOTH receptionists were gone when I arrived to check in after 2pm and had the nerve to give me attitude when they finally arrived. Waited outside in sweltering heat for half an hour for them. A/C is not included in the rooms so I had to pay extra for AC!! Water went out for hours AND I ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT!!! Wifi goes in and out.

This is our second time staying here. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. I love that it’s just a short walk to the bar/restaurant. The dock is one of my favorites in San Pedro because it’s dark and you can enjoy the night sky. Staff helped us rent a golf cart upon arrival, which was delivered to the resort. Danna was at the front desk and she made us feel welcome. Will stay here again.

Squeaky-est bed ever! Rolling over would wake everyone up. Toilet lid was bad - wouldn't stay up & kept hitting you in the back.

Friendly, engaged staff Cute little cottages. Fun activities at the on site bar with locals. Helpful & knowledgeable staff for on site tour booking.
