Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Sunbreeze Hotel. The property is beautiful, well-located, and the staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and truly made us feel valued as guests. That said, there were a few significant issues that impacted our experience. Noise control after hours was a concern, as there was frequent loud activity near the rooms and doors at all hours of the night. Every night. Additionally, the pool chair situation needs better management—chairs were being reserved early in the morning with towels left there for 6+ hours unused for much of the day, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy the pool area. With some improvements in noise enforcement and pool chair/outdoor policies, this would be an exceptional place to stay. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the hospitality of the staff greatly and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!

Amazing place. Our rooms were super clean, the pool is a nice temperature and the location of the hotel is so convenient. It's so close to the ferry station, the airport and some truly amazing restaurants. Everyone from the staff was so helpful, welcoming and always ready to answer any of the questions we had. Even though it's close to everything the territory has this relaxing vibe like you're away from it all. Highly recommend!

Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful

This was an amazing resort.

Had a great hot stone massage. The view was great when you were outside. There was no view from the room. Great hotel, nice pool too.

The staff were great and the hotel had great AC and hot water. Hotel was right on the edge of everything. I hope to stay there again. I went to dive and several dive shops are really close.

I thought my stay at the Sunbreeze was in good. The rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating. It is located walking distance from many restaurants and town including a restaurant / bar on the premises. I didn’t have any complaints and was fair for the cost if you don’t want to pay extra for a luxury resort feel and what comes with that. I would give it 3.5 stars out of 5… All the basics were fine

The property was a convenient walk from the airstrip and located in the heart of San Pedro right by tons of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The reason I leave a 3 star was for a few reasons. The beach was not what we had expected. Being marketed as a beach front property I was given the impression I would be able to swim and enter the water right from the resort however that is not the case here. There was a “beach” of sorts but up on a concrete wall where it meets the water giving pretty poor access to the water. In addition the door on our room (104) had a rather large gap in it which allowed someone to see in if they tried. Thankfully being in the off season it was not crowded and you would have to know it was there to even make an attempt to look in.

Resort very nice. Location not favorable for us. Dirty Very busy, traffic crazy with golf carts, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians.

The hotel itself is very peaceful. Enjoy the beach at walking distance. The restaurant on site has really great food, but I will say come prepare to wait a bit. But it’s a great place to come and relax.
