호텔 인터넷 속도가 너무 안좋고 자주 끊기며 카운터 직원들은 불친절하고 방 값과 음식값이 가격이 비싸고 추가로 지불해야 하는 것이 있으며 창소시 수건 안 바꿔 주고 물도 안주고 슬리퍼도 없다고 하고 환전시 수수료도 많이 받고 매우 불편 하였음. 호텔 두 락이 훨씬 좋음

전체적으로 만족하지만 실내화를 제공하지 않거나 금고 사용법도 불어로만 되어 있어 결국은 사용하지 못하여 불편했음.

Cool and safe place

The hotel is comfortable with a great outdoor swimming pool area. A number of things need attention to details: lack of towels for the bathroom floor as the shower is open and floor slippery when wet, replacing shower gels used daily, more meat variety at breakfast, placing note that water in the fridge is part of the bar and water outside is not! It takes a small things to make the stay memorable

Whether was good, room cleaned, but the price is higher vs the hotel level.

First of I wanted to do a late checkout since my flight was at 11pm but was told by the front desk that they had no availability. I was able to go on Expedia and found that there was available rooms. I can not imagine for the life of me why the front desk would have told me they had no available rooms. I ended up booking on Expedia for another day just so I don't have to wait at the airport from checkout time till my flight time. Secondly the sevice was really horrible, I was stopped at the entrance so they could verify I actually had a room in the hotel. I felt discriminated against either because I wasn't white or wearing a suit. I would most def not recommend this hotel and will not be lodging here again.

The property is now old. However, it's still very functional, neat and the staff are friendly. It's good enough for a sound sleep nothing fancy.

Someone spoke English ...thanks to Candice. Excellent ambiance, beautiful art, lots of seating in lobby. Accommodations for just hanging out at the bar , the pool, and beach location, and good food. Excellent location to the supermarket, museums, airport, and the local big market. The staff were all excellent and very polite.

I had a good time on my stay, very friendly and helpful staff.the only problem for me was the black lines between tiles in the bathroom, overall thumb up.

Personnel toujours très accueillant et aimable. Le wifi est d’un débit incertain et difficile pour travailler en chambre. Préférez les taxis à l’extérieur (que je pratique depuis de nombreuses années) très pro et correct quant aux prix et aux services proposés
