호텔 팔라시오 데 살

우유니 지역에서 가장 좋은 호텔에 속하는 곳입니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 침대 쇼파등의 가구가 전부 소금으로 되어진 호텔입니다. 다만 호텔의 위치가 우유니 중심가와 조금 떨어져있어서 다니기에 조금 불편합니다.

깨끗하고 가격 대비 만족하는 편입니다. 침대 상태가 청결하고 좋았으며, 잘 때 더울 정도로 난방도 잘됩니다.

O hotel é legal e bonito, mas quando se olha os detalhes e cuidados com o hospede e ate mesmo a infraestrutura fica um pouco complicada, banheiro não são bem limpos, ao entrar em nosso quarto uma toalha estava manchada de marrom e o quarto com um cheiro super forte de cigarro, mesmo falando na recepção só trocaram a toalha e passaram um desodorizante de ambientes, minutos depois o cheiro continuava lá, agua quente irregular o chuveiro esquentava e esfriava, a piscina do spa estava com a agua suja e bem turva, o pessoal do restaurante (bar, area externa e buffet) nota 10 atenciosos e solicitos, a recepção em alguns momentos parecem que estão fazendo um favor em te atender. Bem é legal ir e tirar fotos e a comida é gostosa mas fora isso não vale nem um pouco a pena pagar o preço elevado com outras opções bacanas em uyuni.

The staff is amazing; they have a doctor on-site who helped us with altitude sickness and dehydration! The hotel is a dream. The spa was relaxing. Food is delicious.

Exceeded my expectations and worth paying a bit more for a place like this entirely. The medical staff were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Was able to check in early as well. Nice room, beautiful location and so much to do!!

Middle of the salt flat, probably best hotel in the area. Front desk service was excellent but at the restaurant it was a miss, waited for 25mins nothing came out and was told to wait for another 15...front desk addressed that afterward, really appreciated that

Beautiful hotel.

This property is located in close proximity to Uyuni Salt flat besides that services, staff and property is mediocre for the amount you pay. Property is unique, made from salt blocks but all other amenities are poor. Limited food option for dining, either food truck or buffet (which gave us food poisoning), spa staff have poor attitude and misguided us during our stay in result we couldn’t get spa service. Expedia VIP access is not recognized here. We communicated with front desk staff day before for room adjustment which was verbally confirmed but not provided at the time of check in. Check in staff have poor attitude and lack of communication. The only attentive service by staff was at the restaurant. Overall our stay was mediocre given that this is the best hotel in the area. I would rather book other economic options in the area vs paying more and getting less.

Trata-se de uma hospedagem incrível no salar do Uyuni. Destaca-se o atendimento, onde toda a equipe demonstra pro-atividade. A reserva pelo hoteis.com foi uma extensão da reserva realizada pela agência de tour que contratei, o que permitiu mais tempo para usufruir da infraestrutura. Por conta das reservas separadas tive que trocar de quarto. Percebeu-se que o segundo quarto, reservado pelo hoteis.com, ainda carecia de um reforma que já havia sido feito no primeiro, além de que por ter um anexo fechado, ficava extremamente quente durante o dia. O hotel conta uma uma piscina fantástica, área externa com roda gigante, bar, e fogueiro recém inaugurados, além de transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. O restaurante foi um destaque com comidas típicas como picante de língua, carne de llama e kalaphurka. Igualmente, os drinks são muito bem elaborados e com preço acessível. Vale observar que durante a estadia o hotel estava enfrentando um problema com água, de forma que a sauna a vapor não estava funcionando, e a pressão do chuveiro era fraca. Voltemos!

A nice hotel next the salt flats. It is clean, unique building materials with salt. The buffet was good, staff were friendly. Special thanks to Jonathan who went beyond. Highly recommended.

The room was fine when I first got there at night. However, during the day, it transforms itself into a greenhouse. There is only a tine window u can open. It is nearly impossible to stay there without at least two fans. However, it is very cold at night. Since I had made two different bookings. On the second night, I tried to change to a room with a king size bed. But apparently there was no availability for the room I had booked. The options given were, either stay at the greenhouse with two fans or move to a lower standard accommodation. I choose to stay in the room.and they tried to help with the fans. But it is not a good option.

Perfect location to be close to the Salt Flats! It's a bit of a distance from Uyuni but if you plan properly, you'll be fine. Staff here take very good care of you. Our bed was small, when we pointed it out they immediately added another bed. The hotel interiors are beautiful and interesting, and try to showcase the local environment. The breakfast buffet was very good, with an egg station. The one thing I wish would be better - the bar menu. The dinner buffet is not well suited for everyone, and the only other option for food is to order from the bar menu, which has very few options.

Justo en medio del Salar de Uyuni con unas vistas espectaculares y un servicio y ambiente de primera. El personal es una joya!! el desayuno fenomenal
