따뜻하고 주변지역도 좋았으나 호텔확장 공사로 좀 시끄러워서 불편했음 가뜩이나 라파즈의 힘든 환경으로 고생했는데 호텔에서도 쉬지못해서 불편했음 서비스나 다른 사안들은 만족

This is a great hotel to use as a place to first deal with the pangs of altitude sickness. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, lit well, amenities are great, and the neighborhood is one of La Paz's fanciest. In the hotel you are a brief walk from the teleferico spur that takes you into La Paz proper, though you could hang out nearby in coffee shops or maybe go get a nice dinner at Gustu, just a few minutes away.

Gotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Nice Ramen Japanes restaurant closeby. Area is safe to walk.

Great hotel close to everything. The rooms are large, the service was very good. I stayed there twice during my time in Bolivia. The neighborhood is very good, there are a lot of foreign consultates and also a smattering of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay there again.

I am a frequent visitor of La Paz. This was my first stay in the hotel and I truly enjoyed the place. The hotel is modern, spacious, and very well run. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They can organize transportation quickly and conveniently. The restaurant has very good quality food including breakfast and the public space is inviting for meetings. If there is one thing you like to improve then you cold offer an Avianca special. This is the only real international flight option for La Paz from the north and or Europe. So maybe there is a package that allows for an ealy check-in and/or late check-out for guests at a special rate, if space is avaialable. Thank you

Staff muy servicial, instalaciones modernas, bien ubicado

Hotel itself is extremely clean, staff is very friendly but breakfast choices were disappointing. Also, air conditioning did not work. The staff brought in portable unit but it did very little to cool off the room because the back of the unit was blowing out hot air. I appreciated that they tried to fix the problem. There was no fridge in the room and no pool. I did like that the front desk helped us with any questions that we had and were very attentive. The check in and out was very fast.
