Établissement en lui même correct pour une nuit mais personnel vraiment désagréable. Réservation effectuée 1 mois à l’ava Mais arrivé sur place la personne à refusé de nous héberger sous prétexte que nous n’avio Pas réservé malgré la preuve de notre voucher de réservation. Après négociations elle nous a loué une chambre, l’ho Était loin d’e Complet pourtant. Le matin il nous a fallut nous rendre au médecin car ma femme n’etz Pas bien. La personne à l’acc A refusé de nous garder les bagages en nous précisant que si à 11h nous n’et Pas revenu elle nous facturerait une nuit supplémentaires. Aucun sourire de la part du personnel un véritable sentiment de les déranger en permanence. Ce qui ne ressemble pas au caractère des habitants qui sont personnes extraordinaires.

Whilst the Guesthouse is a great place and homely, there are three things that need to improve which we did not like: 1) linen was wrong size, we got a single-bed sheet on the double bed in our room + the bed cover had stains that look like blood or bodily fluids in Room 4 where we stayed. We had to use our home sheet for the night before requesting the Guesthouse to change the following morning. 2) The breakfast is fine, however, they only serve a type of sausage that is heavily spiced and is hot (chilli), our daughter and my wife couldn’t handle it. When we asked if they had anything else that isn’t hot or heavily spiced, we received a rude answer that ‘we only have that for breakfast’. No empathy, no sympathy and no remorse, I would have imagined replacing such with either bacon, macon or non-spiced sausages would have been ideal for a public place like Streets if Gold. My suggestion to other potential guests: please only book if you do not have kids, the breakfast will disappoint you and your family. 3) Our room had a small rim of toilet paper that was almost finished, and one would have thought that when the room is cleaned for check-in, some of these small things that matter the most like toilet paper will be adequately provided. This was another disappointment.
