Arpoador segue sendo o melhor de sua categoria no Rio. Staff educado (especialmente do restaurante), conforto nos detalhes e benefícios, do spa e sauna ao restaurante e os quartos. Conforto e relaxamento garantido.

This is a great location. The breakfast is actually very good there are many options and many of the staff were welcoming however I was disappointed at check in the host was very cold did not explain how the elevators work the hostess of the restaurant was kind and came ove to show me. Also I choose to stay at this place because I had heard great things about the roof top and I was not able to use on the night I checked, the form of imforning, was very impersonal. On the way out I was service by an employee that was extremely personal and very concerned about my experience. I hope the owners sees this, and Johnathan is rewarded for his service.

Steps away from the beach, free breakfast and the hospitality of the hotel were great. Miss Brazil!!

Equipe de funcionários incrível. O café da manhã é muito bom, digno de 5 estrelas, localização perfeita, foi minha primeira vez nesse hotel e com certeza voltarei.

Adorei o cafe da manha e a simpatia do Matheus e Marcus da recepcao.

O quarto que nos ofereceram ( vista interna) tinha uma janela que dava pra um respiradouro interno do prédio. Também tinha uma máquina enorme de exaustão instalada bem em frente da janela. Isso tudo fazia com que o quarto tivesse cheiro de mofo. Esse quarto não é compatível com o bom nível do hotel! Quando reclamei com a recepção eles prontamente nos ofereceram um upgrade pra um quarto de vista cidade sem cobrança. E o resto da hospedagem foi divino!!

Breakfast on the seaside is incredibly tasty with lots of options. the rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive to make your trip pleasant and enjoyable. The beach access is great, only need to walk downstairs for sandy bliss.

Hotel muito bom!

The front desk staff was very helpful. It’s in the perfect location in Rio. It’s at the Apex of Ipanema Beach and Copacabana Beach. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything that I needed. I would also recommend a room with a view. The courtyard view is facing another apartment.

Everything and everyone fantastic! Only thing you guys need more attention to cleanliness of pool area including pool, you need someone to act as pool boy and clean and take care of water inside pool every day , specially a pool this small. It’s wonderful but its dirty.

Everything was as expected. Awesome drinks Great food, great staff, wonderful location, very comfy beds and rooms, great amenities only down side, pool needs (actual water in pool) to be clean every day!! As well as pool terrace area You guys need a person who cleans the pool every day like any normal hotel in the world who owns a pool.Specially a pool this small. Theres hair inside of it and all sorts of crap inside. This diminishes from the experience and great property you have. Everyone very friendly specially bartenders (men & women upstairs in terrace) Will come back, thanks.

Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also a drinking water fountain - the jugs at reception were always empty.

Kleines und feines Boutique Hotel direkt am Ipanema Strand. Das Frühstück hat eine außerordentliche Qualität sowie die Essensauswahl an sich. Die Dachterrasse hat eine schöne Aussicht über den Strand und man kann dort an Yogakursen teilnehmen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und kann gut Englisch, wenn man selber kein Portugiesisch spricht. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man keine Lust auf die 0815 Kettenhotels hat und auf Wert auf Qualität und Service legt.

Um lugar especial no RJ. Localização excelente, com serviço de praia o que é uma grande vantagem no Rio. Segurança nas entradas, então mesmo viajando sozinha me senti muito segura. Toda s equipe é muito solicita desde s chegada, fazem de tudo para vc se sentir bem. O café da manhã é excelente e o restaurante serve refeições deliciosas o dia todo. Enfim, voltarei com certeza.

Excelente localização. Staff atencioso e solicito. Serviço de praia excepcional. Piscina, sauna e bar no rooftop: sensacional. Quarto excelente.
