위치가 시내 중심이라 소음이 있을까 걱정 했는데 매우 조용했어요 지하에 헬스장도 잘 구비 되어 있었고요

Its location is good, smaller than I thought. Rooms are not big but in a good condition.

It was great hotel !! New And awesome service!! Nice breakfast as well.

It was one of the best hotels in South America. Not only the staffs were super friendly and nice to you, but the room has everything you need, even universal outlet here and there!! The front staffs helped me find out the visa requirements by calling the GRU airport and informed me all the details. You are very very welcomed in this hotel and no racism at all haha. You know some hotel staffs do show attitude (i.e. Argentina) and you feel somehow uncomfortable even thou you paid fully for the hotel and service. This intercontinental São Paulo is super professional and they all need to be extra paid for what they are doing. Thank you so much for the experience, and totally will be back next time.

Very unkept hotel. Extremely expensive for the value. Avoid.

Nice lobby and bar. The room was in poor condition . Hot water did not work. The carpet was dirty, old and stained

The internet was very slow, being in the CBD, staying for business purposes it was quite inconvenient of not being able to take calls as the internet was patchy. Location is good, lots of restaurants closeby.

Todo fue excelente! Mi único comentario es que hacia un poco de frío en la habitación y solo funcionaba el aire acondicionado (no calefacción), pero me dieron un pequeño calefactor en recepción. Por lo demás, el servicio es excelente, el hotel muy lindo y limpio y el desayuno espectacular!
