숙박은 훌륭했지만, 알 수 없는 이유로 마지막 밤에 방 청소가 이루어지지 않았습니다. 프런트 오피스에 불만을 제기했더니 꽤 빨리 해결해 주었지만 쓰레기통 비우기, 샴푸/비누 추가(실제로 필요하지 않음) 등 최소한의 서비스만 제공했습니다. 그 외에는 '청소 직원이 다 나갔다'는 이유로 불가능했습니다. 이런 일이 없었다면 완벽한 숙박이 되었을 겁니다. 하지만 이 호텔에 머무는 것을 추천합니다. 참고로 공항 픽업 서비스를 놓치지 마세요. 정말 좋고 정말 많은 도움이 됩니다 👍🏻.

객실 조명이 밝지 않은데, 객실 색상에 영향을 받은 것 같습니다. 어둡습니다. 욕실 문이 안에서 잠겨 있어서 누군가에게 열어달라고 부탁했기 때문에 확인해주세요. 다림판은 상태가 좋지 않았고, 아침 식사는 맛있고 선택할 수 있는 것이 많았습니다.

Sangat senang menginap di Hotel Badi'ah, kami menginap 2 malam, dari resepsionis dan karyawan ramah dan cepat, check in cepat, pelayanan cepat, karena kami bertiga dengan anak, dapet tambahan ranjang, kamar bersih, luas, makanan variasi. Enak. Hanya sayangnya hari ke 2 setelah kamar dibersihkan dapat 1 handuk yang jelek, beberapa bagian handuk sudah mau robek. Saya kok heran hotel sudah hampir perfect. Tapi masih kelewat 1 handuk yang jelek. Untungnya handuknya bersih. Jadi yah kami fun sajalah. Oh iya lebih senang lagi lift nya dari kamar bisa langsung ke basement tempat parkir, kami bisa cepat ke kamar tanpa lewat lobi lagi. Thanks Hotel Badi'ah. Kalau kami ke Brunei kami pasti Menginap di sana lagi.

We got assisted by Mr. Darren, he's very great and responsive. We got airport transfer both arrive & depart, you can contact the hotel through email and staff will be replied to you. They will offer you the tour as well. The room spacious, clean, neat, the breakfast also yummy ❤️. The location somewhat far from airport but worry not because of no jam thus the distance looked near. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and just 3 mins walk there is the one mall with food court in it, on top of that there also have beauty store, snacks, supermarket as well.

Happy sekali menginap di Badi'ah Hotel. Dekat dengan bandara, sangat cocok untuk transit. Kalau pergi ke Brunai lagi suatu saat nanti aku pasti akan menginap di hotel ini. Free antar jemput bandara pula. Pokoknya the best.
