Highly recommend this to everyone! Spacious room, accommodating people & delicious breakfast! Worth the penny

The front desk staff from first to our last day were very helpful with our needs. When we requested for late clean-up from housekeeping, we were gladly accommodated with warmth. We were able to immediately check in because the process was very efficient. The hotel itself looks regal and very plush with all the gallery of paintings adorning hallways. The room amenities were mostly comfortable although a bit old (renovation is ongoing on our floor) and the bathroom/shower really needs a make-over but I am guessing it is next on the list of renovation. That is the only imperfection I observed at the hotel along with the paintings which had no labels so art enthusiasts like us can appreciate more the painting if it has some kind of description on the label. The location of the hotel is very well-placed in an area with different food choices/restaurant. It is near a plaza/shopping center and walking distance from the golden-domed mosque, park, promenade and city center. It is also accessible by bus though you still need to walk a little bit from the bus stop. For a fair price, we really appreciated the services, amenities and location that the hotel had for us.

Hotel ok. Bilik tidur ok. Bilik mandi ok. Cuma 1 je masalah iaitu tentang katil. Tilam yang di dalam bilik saya tu sudah nipis. Bila baring terasa spring tilam tu. Boleh mengakibatkan sakit belakang. Kalau boleh tolong tukar tilam.

the heater not function and water stagnant in the toilet.. but room is clean.. no lift provided

The staff is ultra nice. The place is nice for the price. Facilities are basic.

Pelayanannya kurang bagus, selimut br dikasikan 3 jam setelah check-in, ruangan kurang bersih, bau, tidak dapat air mineral, minim fasilitas, Tidak sesuai dengan harganya.

Penginapan yang berbaloi dengan akses tempat makan yang bagus, juga tidak jauh dengan airport.

It was just a 1 night stay but the room is big with complete amenities. The Filipina receptionist was great, friendly and so accommodating. My only concern during that stay was that the TV was not functioning or out of order and there is no elevator. The mosque and other malls are just walking distance from the hotel. I will surely come back to this place.

Average, hotel in renovation.

Ini hotel murahan, air mandi kotor, pelayanan seperti tukang jagal, sajarkan merek sedikit senyum kapada tamu, sebab kalau ga ada tamu hotel ini bisa tutup. Saya menyesal memilih hotel ini. Seharusnya mereka belajar melayani dengan ramah sebagai negara berunei darussalam.

Staf ramah, check-in dan check-out cepat. Dekat hotel banyak restoran dan plaza, money changer juga.

Bilik yang besar dan bersih, boleh masuk 10 orang. berbaloi dengan harga. Ada tempat parking. Bilik air besar.

It's good. with that price, the facilities and comfort level is way more than expected! Location also great, near with everything. Restaurant, mall and near with everything.
