캐피털 레지던스에서 멋진 3일간의 숙박을 했습니다. 제 방을 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드해 주셨고, 미팅 장소까지 무료 셔틀을 제공해 주셨습니다. 시내에서 차로 15분 거리에 위치해 셔틀 서비스에는 포함되어 있지 않았지만요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 예의 바르며 배려심이 깊었습니다. 정말 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다.

모든 게 완벽해요. 친절한 직원, 예쁜 고양이들, 간식을 살 수 있는 멋진 자판기, 정수기가 있어서 마실 물도 문제없었어요. 브루나이에는 편의점이 거의 없어서 다행이었어요. 방에 다리미판도 있었고, 소파도 있었어요. 침대도 편안했고요.
예약하기 전에 침대가 딱딱하다는 후기를 봤는데, 저는 그래도 괜찮았어요. 그 후기는 물침대를 기대했겠죠. 그러니 이 침대는 물침대가 아니고 5성급 호텔 침대 같지 않다는 점만 알아두세요. 그래도 잠자기에는 아주 편안했어요. 적어도 허리가 아프지는 않았어요.

호텔 위치가 훌륭합니다! 제가 보고 싶은 모든 것이 가까이에 있습니다. 혼자 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 심지어 공항에서 무료 셔틀을 무료로 제공하고, 브루나이를 안내하는 무료 셔틀을 제공하여 더욱 노력합니다! 직원 서비스는 최고였고, 특히 Boy! 그는 최고 수준의 친절함을 가진 가장 친절한 운전자입니다. 열정과 긍정적인 에너지는 브루나이에서 정말 즐거운 경험을 선사합니다. 그의 열정과 직업에 대한 사랑을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 최고의 사람입니다. 다시 온다면 꼭 다시 여기 머물 것입니다 👍🏻.

직원들은 매우 친절했고, 호텔에서 픽업 및 배달 서비스를 제공하는 것은 확실히 제가 여기 머물기로 선택한 가장 중요한 점 중 하나입니다. 야시장으로 데려다준 운전기사는 매우 유머러스했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 많은 여행지와 매우 가까워서, 그냥 걸어다니기만 해도 도시 투어를 할 수 있습니다. 단점: 객실 에어컨은 18°C로 설정해도 전혀 차갑지 않습니다.

Room are clean and spacious, apart from coffee and tea they also have hair dryer and iron in the room. The hotel also offer free shuttle to and from the airport and all Brunei's point of interest. The shuttle was a great help, because you can't hail taxi in the street in Brunei. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they also help us arrange a Dart Ride to other area not covered by the shuttle. Dart was Brunei's ride hailing app, and unfortunately we (tourists) can't register due to some system difficulties. It's better and cheaper than taxi. Thank you to the hotel staffs for the hospitality, and arranging our transport while we were there.

Pilihan yang tepat jika berkunjung ke Brunei. Tersedia shuttle bus untuk ke tempat wisata dan airport. Shuttle bus ini sangat membantu karena di Brunei agak sulit mencari transportasi umum. Sarapannya juga lumayan.

Kelebihan hotel ini selain dekat ke pusat kota, hotel ini juga menyediakan Free shuttle ke dan dari bandara dan free shuttle ke tempat wisata. Sangat memudahkan. Kita tinggal telp ke resepsionis untuk booking sejam sebelum pergi. Disediakan sajadah untuk shalat.

Very comfortable and clean. Ample parking space. Breakfast provided, the foods were tasty. Walking distance to shops nearby, but not many shops to visit, hard to find local restaurant only mamak restaurants available, hard to find convenience store as well.

My stay was superb. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I booked the king deluxe room. The room was spacious. So worth it. The best is the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and fro airport and many selected tourist locations. I highly recommend this hotel. Getting aroybd brunei using public transport is so hard, so the free shuttle serviced is so useful and very convenient.

Nice foods and services. Hospitality and helpful staff. Quiet good and comfortable rooms. And the free shuttle that will ready to take you everywhere tourist destination in Bandar Seri Begawan except for Jerudong will cost BN$ 15-30.

Booked a room for 3 days but extended our stay for another 2 days and it was a pleasant experience overall. The management and staff was responsive and courteous. Got a room upgrade at a very very reasonable rate, considering this is at a strategic area. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable 🙏🏼😊

Ke Brunei wajib menginap di sini. Antar jemput airport hotel airport, shuttle bus terjamin. Tidak akan bingung lagi biaya taksi/bus. Semua sudah diurus dengan sangat baik dari tim The Capital. Kamar luas ada ruang santai, ruang makan, dapur, tempat cuci baju komplit. Breakfast enak. Terima kasih chef saleh dari Indonesia. Makanannya enak.

Staying in this hotel made my holiday a very relaxing and fun experience. The staffs were very hospitable and respectful, thus showing that Bruneians are so friendly, calm and peaceful. They also upgraded my room from Deluxe to Junior Suite which pleased me even more. Their shuttle service is excellent. They made it easier for the guest to go around the city. I would stay here again if I will have the chance to visit Brunei again and definitely would recommend to all of my friends. Overall, perfect stay! :)

Stayed 2 night here. Staffs were polite, breakfast was good, room big enough. Free airport transfer & shuttle (9am-9pm, scheduled) to some of the attractions. Near (walkable) to Youth Centre, Royal Regalia,Tamu Kianggeh to name a few. TV channels included Astro. There's lift in the residence. My family really have a good stay. Thanks for the room upgrade. Will stay here again if I come to Brunei next time ^_^
