호텔 아톨

Det var en fantastisk opplevelse. Alt er positivt, fra personalet til beliggenheten og renholdet. Jeg har bodd på hotellet fire ganger, og vil gjerne bli der for femte gang neste år.

Hotel central mais du bruit toute la nuit. Des cris à 05h00 et j'en passe. Seule note positive l'amabilité et gentillesse du personnel

Best location cheap but good value for money

The receptionist was so rude. Even we have booked before double room which was with breakfast included, after substitution with 4 people room, she has not add up breakfast. During extra payment she did not inform us and confirm payment for other day breakfast. Her attitude was not so friendly towards us. Autoparking is 2 km far away from the hotel. The pool is out of service. The furniture was so old. At 4 people room, the second bed was sofa and not ordinary double bed. Internet connection was poor. The only good thung about this hotel was, kind restaurant staff.

We were looking for a hotel in a good location in Sunny beach and found the Atol. It's a short walk to the beach and near the Kuban hotel and Sunny Beach's busier areas, there's also a lot of shops nearby and a lovely restaurant next door. As we were staying at the hotel, they gave us a small discount at this restaurant. The room had a large balcony and was overall pretty clean. There was a few ants crawling which was a bit of a let down but we've had worse. The room was a bit basic overall but fine for a short stay, there was also a fridge that we weren't expecting to see. The room had a TV, I slept on the sofa bed which wasn't as bad as I was expecting and there was air conditioning which in Bulgaria in summer is vital, but often missing in some hotels. (The air con unit was a bit loud so we had it off during the night). The bathroom was very small and that was pretty much the only downside, the shower was great. Other minor niggles include the fact the balcony door handle was broken and the door to the room was hard to lock and open. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the Atol to others.

Small hotel with clean rooms very noisy from the Main Street but is very good location close to the bars and shops. Recommended for short stay!

Henkilökunta mukavaa, yleisiisteys ja hunesiivous ok. Kaikki mitä pyydettiin, toteutettiin ja palvelu muutenkin hyvää. Hinta-/laatusuhde erinomainen.

Folkene som jobbet på hotellet og restauranten på hotellet får en terningkast 5 av meg. Veldig hyggelige folk og man merker de setter gjestene høyt. Renholdet får terningkast 2 av meg. Bytter bare håndklær og sengetøy. Tar ikke med seg boss og vasker gulvet dårlig.

Clean friendly hotel with great staff . restraunt food is lovely . would go back anytime.

The service in the hotel was very good. Receptionist excellent. Waiter at breakfast excellent. Room was fine. Only negative was shower base had several cracks and needed replaced. All in all decent value in my opinion.

The room good size, we liked the location. If you are in need for a parking, that creates a 15 BGN daily expense at the adjacent parking. There could have been more parking options but too far and therefore was not wort exploring. The main entrance is berried between small shops and doesn't stand out. The sales persons from the shops (most of them with Goons looks) hang out at the hotel's lobby and watch TV or talk laud on their cell phones.

Ikke nok renholder, fortsette bare samme skitne håndkle, teppe, dyne osv..

Ihan OK, perustasoinen 3-tähtinen. Ilmastointi, vesi ja sähköt toimivat oikein, jääkaappi pysyi kylmänä. Pieni parveke ok. Siivous hyvää perustasoa. Suurin miinus on respan heti ensimmäisestä aamusta toistuva kysymys "Sir, when are you gonna pay your room?". Huonehan olisi periaatteessa pitänyt maksaa vasta lähtiessä, mutta ei sitä väsytystä viitsi millään kuunnella.
