Lovely place and such friendly staff highly recommended.

I loved the easy access to the jacuzzi and steam rooms and had a wonderful massage.

Well worth the money. Nice with a spa after a long day on the slopes. Very friendly and service-minded staff and a good breakfast-buffé to start the day.

The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. For dinners where there are fewer diners they do table service. There is a spa with pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was good. We went in the morning and were the only people in there. The hotel also had a dry room for ski and snowboard equipment. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities you need. While some people may find some of the furniture a little tired and old fashioned I thought it had a nice look and feel. I’d recommend this hotel for those hitting the pistes and hope to return myself next year.

Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing everyone and hitting the inflatable ball as hard as they could. More the parents /other guests fault than Elegant Lux - just a note that its not adult only so this is always a possibility. Also the steam room switches off too quickly and they have to turn it on in the basement so I didn't want to go ask them this every 5 minutes once the room eventually got to a good temperature. The salt room needs better insulation, too many gaps prevented the temperature for getting above 70. The best was the sauna, which worked very well - great after a hard day on the slopes. My rob was also damaged but relatively minor problem with that. Overall quite happy with price and service. Again the staff always happy and always someone available when needed. Would stay here again if I return to Bansko. Additional plus was a beautiful cat that came to visit every day lol

Amazing staff but shower cubicle let the place down by not draining properly and some sort of leak.

Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can. Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things

We are very happy with our stay, but somewhere in our bathroom was leaking.Our kids went to the game room but there was only a ping-pong table,But on the pictures there were loads of games .The price was good value for money.I went to the spa it was amazing, so was the hot tub.It felt nice after a day of skiing!Overall the service was really good, we might stay next year again!

Very friendly staff which will help with everything. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola. Plenty of parking. The spa is nice with a few Saunas and a small swimming pool. Breakfast was good as well. we had a room with a living room and an additional sleeping room and a small kitchen for 4 people. מומלץ מאוד. צוות חביב שעוזר בכל מה שצריך.

The rooms were not heated and there was no hot water, we had to complain a few times to get them fixed. Sauna and hammam were off and we had to wait to get them on. The staff was helpful though and its location is good.

The Hotel was not comfort at all was very cold the food also was cold in the self service wasn’t enough options and a sleeping beds was very old and not comfort at all so this hotel is not even 1 star rating hotel

The hotel is ok, the rooms are nice and big The spa is cold, the pool, the jacuzzi, and the also the sauna 😩 The breakfast is ok and the staff are kind

Warm and frindely people, structure near the gondola and the main street

I was downgraded to another hotel with no explanation. The room was old, worn out. Some sockets blow the fuses when used, bathroom door didn’t shut, shower leaked, no kettle and breakfast was terrible.

Everything was fine. friendly hotel. Close to the ski slopes and near the town.

We had an amazing stay at Elegant Lux and in Bansko! We celebrated New Year in the restaurant and really enjoyed the evening, the food, the music and the New Year’s program. We love Bansko and have been already a couple of times in this hotel and will definitely Come back again as we like it a lot here. The food at breakfast and dinner is very delicious and tasty, the spa has everything that you need to relax after a day of skiing, the massages are a must try, the apartment is massive and very warm and the staff are welcoming and making you feel as you are at home. The location is 5 minutes walk to the ski lift with ski and boots, but they also have a free bus ride to the gondola station. The hotel is very central but yet quiet so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Very kind staff. Very cleen place. We booked H. B. The food was cold most of the time because there are not have any keepink warm appliace, but teasty. The maintanance of the room was not good. Light bulbs was not replaced and soap dispensers in bath rooms dosen't works. There is no vitrualy spa on the place.

The hotel was closed and tried to kick us out telling us that we need to cancel our family holidays via hotels.com It was rude and unpleasant!

Sehr nettes Personal. Abgenutzte, altmodische Einrichtung. Restaurant im Keller, ohne Tageslicht, das Essen schlecht. Kleiner, netter Spabereich.

Staff friendly. Room was in practice a suite. The greatest and pleasurable surprise was the spa with pool, 2 sauna rooms, steam room and jacuzzi, all at no extra charge for use by hotel guests. A very pleasant amenity to use at the end of a day's skiing. We also appreciated that the kitchen could still provide supper when we arrived just after 11 pm
