For me, this is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, largely due to the convenient location at a reasonable price and because it meets my basic requirements. I quite like that it is a place with code entry to both the main lobby and your room, with only occasionally someone on the front desk. It makes things quite private, though 7 digits on a slightly hard to manage touch pad is a bit tricky to remember and correctly enter every time. The rooms are spacious, and just clean and comfortable enough without any extra trimmings. If, however, you want somewhere where you walk the city centre with no fuss and maximum privacy, you've found your hotel.

Can walk to several sightseeing spots, here using digit code to open the door, it's very convenient, highly recommended!

Ottimo hotel. In zona centralissima a Sofia. Mette a disposizione tutto quello di cui un viaggiatore può aver bisogno, come la possibilità di usare dei locker in attesa di poter entrare in stanza o dopo il check-out, la disponibilità di caffè e acqua nella lobby. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Unici due appunti: - oltre il caffè aggiungerei anche il te - il vetro doccia è 20 cm più corto del necessario e il bagno tende ad allagarsi

L'hôtel est bien placé à proximité des transports.Il est possible d'aller jusqu'à l'aéroport. La personne qui travaille la nuit est très aimable.Je n'ai vu pratiquement personne en journée. La chambre est correcte avec une douche et des toilettes. Un peu d'équipements sportifs sur la terrasse pour se détende.La vue y est magnifique.Le café est offert deux fois. Il en manque une permanence à l'accueil. Il y a de l'eau chaude en bas mais une bouilloire dans la chambre sera mieux. L'eau devient stagnante et sort facilement de la salle de bain. Il faudra y retravailler un peu. Le réservoir des toilettes se remplit pas assez rapidement après avoir tiré la chasse. Pour l'ascenseur, il vaut mieux mettre une affiche en anglais aussi.

Nice property, good location , nice room decoration, good room size, nice room with balcony and great city view. Good size and clean bathroom. The only negative thing was the smell of the bathroom but it was very clean (old piping / building )

Walls are thin so you can hear others in the corridor when they're leaving or entering their rooms. The AC/hearing was loud and could be heard at all times. The location is central even though it gets shady at night. Overall decent given the low price.

Struttura a ridosso del centro, metro vicina, stazione bus e treni a due passi, al check in ti forniscono PIN per portone ingresso e camera. Nulla di eccezionale ma rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimo. Tv e wifi gratis, nota negativa l' assenza di una finestra apribile, solo una vetrata per la luce.

I had a great time staying at Maria Luisa. I was only there for two nights, but it was the perfect place for me to unwind after a couple days of hectic travelling. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable (I had 2 fluffy pillows and 1 decorative pillow, which was super super nice after having to sleep with one flat pillow at my last hotel). My go-to if I ever return to Sofia!

It is a simple place for a one night stay. You get what you paid for so do not expect too much. The location is great, close to the train station and the shopping area.

Second time I've stayed there, and will stay again in the future. Great service.

I was really pleased with my stay due to the convenient location for exploring Sofia, the cleanliness and quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is situated near a central metro station and within easy walk of all of the main attractions in the city. It is also in a good location to be able to take tours from nearby around other areas of Bulgaria. It was also useful having a supermarket nearby. The room had a tv which was nice in the evenings after some busy days out. The staff were always friendly and made sure I had all the information needed. If I came back to Sofia, I would definitely stay here again, I felt it was great value for money considering the high room quality and great central location.

La stanza che avevamo prenotato era double superior, ma ci hanno dato la suite. Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare tutta la città in poco tempo.

Ok, needs a lick of paint and wish they told me it doesn't have a real window, photos they use are a bit deceiving

The hotel has a very bad smell (sewer), the room has a window but cannot open and neither has light coming in, very dark. Shower was ok, bed and pillow were ok. I did not receive any email related to online check in and the reception was not very happy with it, even thought was not my fault. Location is very good, 3min walking from subway station right in the city center.
