Great hotel, but a bit of a turn off when you show up 10 min before the end of breakfast and you are met with “you have 5 min to eat” from the not so happy to see you waitress. Shame that he service is such, as the hotel offers great convenient location for folks traveling in and out of Sofia internationally (airport is only 6 min by car).

Very friendly staff, good welcome, very specious rooms.

Friendly and welcoming hotel, professional and courteous staff.

Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer oriented employee that deserves all my recognition.

Stort kjøpesenter like ved med mange spisesteder. Kort vei til flyplassen. Godt lydisolert, og gode fasiliteter. Nydelig solnedgang å se fra rommet.

Great property. The staff was amazing and always available to assist. I would definitely stay there again. The only con I have is that it is a little distant from the city center. But fun to walk if you like walking to get your steps in.

Great location next to the mall. Water dispenser next to elevator The windows do not open for fresh air, so room is verh dry

Easy access to “The Mall” and the adjoining office buildings (purpose of this visit). Staff were very attentive and accommodating.
