Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο και εξυπηρέτηση αψογη

Son derece güzel,rahat ve sessiz bir otel.Aslında gondolaya 10-15 dk.yürüme mesafesinde ancak biraz yokuş olduğundan dönüşte kayak ekipmanları ile zorlanabiliniyor.Otelin shuttle servisi var ama yarım saate bir.Servisler sabah ve akşam kayak için ring sefer yapmalı.Otelin kahvaltısı güzel ama hergün aynı çeşitler çıkıyor.Ayrıca hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık.Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta.

Big comfortable room, pleasent stuff, good spa and massages

This is our fourth time to stay in this hotel, but first during summer. Everything was perfect as always, stuff is always friendly, beautiful spa and massages, the outdoor pool was great. Perfect hotel for families, either during the winter or during the summer.

regnum bansko not five star hotels maximum 3 star hotels hotel employee not proffessional also not smile and not polite of guest.very poor breakfast ,my oppinion for this hotel very bad and l will never come again this hotel.please every one,dont choise this hotel.

The room was hot and didn’t have AC… only living room had the AC which wasn’t enough. The outside pool was too busy, and the bar/restaurant didn’t have enough staff… dirty tables, and the food was late. 2 same pastas for the kids were served 20 mins apart, wrong salad, and forgotten French fries . Hire more people

Well, its not really a 5 star hotel at least for European standards. However, there is everything you need, and the staff is nice and polite. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The food in breakfast was quite plain and tasteless.

Overall disappointing. Old dated dark rooms with thin walls and small balconies. No microwave/pots or pans to cook (even when asked for). Spa was poor - smelly hot tubs with jets that didn’t work and a steam room that burns your legs. Good points - beds/pillows comfortable, lobby staff friendly and location.

Great stay in a 2 bed apartment for a family of 4 ski holiday. Great location for the gondola (10 min walk) and well located for local bars and restaurants. The spa is great and all the family relaxed in there after a day on the slopes. The food in the restaurant and bar was very nice, great choice of food daily for the buffet breakfast! I would recommend the Regnum

Заселение быстро прошло, номер убирали откровенно плохо: везде пыль, тапка предыдущих жильцов под кроватью, дверь прожжена сигарой и вся грязная. Завтрак обычный. На пять звёзд, извините, не тянет. Ожидали большего. До подъёмника далеко, шатл ходит по неудобному странному расписанию.

The hotel location is 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and gondola entrance. The hotel is like a maze. We need to walk and climb steps to reach the room. The spa was good. The jacuzzi temperature is now warm enough. The breakfast was fine.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα , ίσως χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση ο χώρος του restaurant και του bar . Οι πισίνες , τα σπα και τα Banya ολοκάθαρα . Άνετα θα ξαναπηγαίναμε

The hotel was just perfect. woman in the reception was very kind and nice. our room was upgraded to a room with mountain view. room is big. well equipped and was very clean and nice. Spa area is just perfect. heated pool was great for our kid and also for us. Jacuzzi and Sauna were fine and all of this was a pleasant experience after day of hiking. The hotel also offer Thermal pools in the next door village.(Banya) and it was just great with hot water and good food and vibe. breakfast was OK. coffee can be better. Definitely a place to be back.

המקום עצמו ממש נקי ונעים, קיבלו את פנינו יפה בקבלה, בערבים היה נגן סקסופון בלובי והיה כיף לשמוע.. הבריכות של המלון מחוממות ויש 2 מגלשות שבתי בת ה6 מאוד נהנתה מהן, יש גם בריכות ג'קוזי ובריכה מחוממת בתוך המלון. 10 דקות נסיעה מהמלון יש ספא עם ברכות טרמיות בבעלות המלון שהכניסה אליו חינם לאורחים, המקום פשוט מושללללם. מינוס קטנטן-מזגן רק בסלון ולא בחדר, אין הרבה מקום אחסון לבגדים

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη. Η υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική. Γρήγορο Check In - Check Out. Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ προσεγμένοι. Η σουίτα που μείναμε πολύ καθαρή. Ανταποκρινόταν απόλυτα στις προσδοκίες μας και ήταν ακριβώς όπως παρουσιάζεται στις φωτογραφίες του Hotels.com. Οι χώροι του spa και της εξωτερικής πισίνας ήταν πολύ περιποιημένοι. Το Thermal pools in Banya ήταν καταπληκτικό. Στο πρωινό υπήρχε πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία αγαθών, όλα φρέσκα. Γενικά από όλες τις απόψεις ήταν άψογο.

The hotel was very nice, with helpful staff. This place was great for my 3 young grandchildren (8,6,4) they loved the waterpark, unfortunately the organised activities at the park were not to the written program and the only animation staff wasn’t very lively or that interactive with the children, but the slides and the pools were a hit! We stayed in a grand suite, it was spacious and had everything you needed except there was no air conditioner in the smaller bedroom so it got quite warm at night and the bed was quite hard, the cleanliness was super. The spa area was also great. The breakfast was plentiful but not amazing, a lot of the food wasn’t very hot and the bread was stale, all the waiters were great. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel and that was great, the spaghetti bolonaise was fabulous! The hotel wasn’t too crowded which made for a very pleasant stay, not sure how we would go in the winter.
