위치는 좋았으나, 식사 및 청결 상태가 미흡하다

This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience.

We booked a Studio, Balcony (Free Mineral Pool, Saunas, Steam bath) with 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds and they gave us a room with just 1 Double Bed. I went to the reception to provide me with a solution and they proposed to stay in a room with two single beds or pay an extra amount of 150e (for two days) to stay in a four pax room. They also told me that the studios don't come with the configuration the site says. The worst experience ever.

Good hotel, nice SPA and free shuttle to Gondola. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Flot hotel, receptionisten talte engelsk og god, traditionel bulgarsk mad morgen og aften. Dog var restauranten travl og personalet var ikke hjælpsomme. Vi skulle selv sørge for at dække bordet med bestik og servietter. Hotellet ligger ikke centralt i byen, men er relativt tæt på liften. Spa og sauna var udmærket og åben, men aromaterapi var lukket.

Perfect location, close to the ski lift with shuttle service . Good food, well kept swimming pool and spa! Highly recommended!

overall it is a very good hotel compared to other 3-4 stars hotels in Bansko. + Very big rooms + Big spa + Great breakfast - Tiny ski room (no space to seat) - Some furniture in the room is in poor condition - Room service (the reception is great)

Me and 2 other friends stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel had many facilities ranging from a gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi. All different facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast is very good and diverse to cater for everyone’s needs. The room was exceptionally clean with a very good heating and cooling system gotten in the rooms.

Είχαμε καθυστέρηση στο check in καθώς δεν είχαν σωστή ενηνέρωση για την κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει. Το φαγητό και το πρωινό ήταν average, ενώ οι υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας below average. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλή καθώς το κεντρικό Lift του χιονοδρομικού ήταν σε walking distance. To parking ήταν εύκολο. Στα αρνητικά, περιορισμένος χώρος στο lobby.

Άνετο οικογενειακό δωμάτιο σε περπατήσιμη απόσταση από το κεντρικό λιφτ του χιονοδρομικού. Ευγενές και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Βελτιωμένο το φαγητό ως προς την ποικιλία των προσφερόμενων εδεσμάτων. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα η ζεστασιά σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου και στα δωμάτια. Αξιοπρεπείς οι δωρεάν παροχές του σπα. Στα μειονεκτήματα η έλλειψη κοινόχρηστων σαλονιών για να μαζευτεί η παρέα το βραδάκι και η ελλιπής συντήρηση του κτίσματος (π.χ. σημάδια σε πόρτες/τοίχους, στρώματα και μαξιλάρια που χρήζουν ανανέωσης). Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως, καλό ξενοδοχείο που προσφέρει τα αναμενόμενα για την περιοχή και τις χαμηλές τιμές του.

It could be better since there is a lot of opportunity for hotel, but it was OK, when you do not expect more.Terrible WiFi, practically non-existent in room, missing heating for two days (just added oil heater to the room - no info...).Food depends on No of guests, OK I can say, staff OK, but not interested at all...should be more welcoming and at least smile 😁 Realy reliable transfer to/from gindola.Funny enough ski depo is just a room, no heaters -ok for march but in primarly skiing facility? All together I guess ut us all the same in Bansko except much pricier places.Road to center spooky, construction sites and dogs, no lights ...Owerall for short late skiing OK, price is really OK so there is not much to complain but it is sad that they need just a bit to be really good ...

This is our first family skiing holiday. We decided to stay here at St George Ski and Holiday because the photos of the apartment looks good and it was at a very reasonable price. Upon check in, it was quickly apparent that communication would be a problem and the receptionist spoke very little English. We had booked the top room for 6 nights and upon entering the room, it was definitely not what we imagined. The marketing photos on Hotels.com must be at least 10 years old. The hotel is more of a 2 star rating when compared with other hotels in Europe. There were many issues with the room (2 bed apartment), from holes in walls, to the sofa which is so used it lacks any support and you sink into it, the bathroom contains no amenities apart from a single dispenser containing unknown substance, the WiFi is useless and disappears as soon as you connect to it, the beds have old spring mattresses and you can feel the spring poking into your back! If you want a restful night’s rest during your holiday in Bansko then do not stay at St. George. We had to check out and into a 5* hotel, and even now that we are back in the UK, Hotels.com is struggling to contact St. George for a refund.

Otelin konumu güzel kayak bölgesine 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde.Otelden kayak bölgesine servis var ve düzenli çalışıyor.odamız geniş ve rahattı. Restoran güzel, yemekleri fena değildi.Odanın ilk giriş temizliği yapılmıştı fakat kaldığım süre boyunca temizlik vasattı; havlular sadece bir defa değişti(5 gece kaldık).İlk gün suya düşen havlu maalesef bütün kaldığımız süre boyunca banyoda yerde kaldı değiştiren veya yerden alan bir temizlik görevlisi olmadı. Spa bölümü ve havuz iyi fakat havuzda havlu servisi yok. Ortanın biraz üstü bir otel 3,5 yıldız

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με πλούσιο πρωινό και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Το δείπνο έχει μεγάλη ποικίλια αλλά υστερεί σε νοστιμιά. Σε ήσυχη τοπποθεσία και κοντινή απόσταση από το κεντρικό λιφτ που επιτρέπει τη μετακίνηση με τα πόδια. Η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο πολύ ζεστή και το κέντρο σπα καθαρό και εύχρηστο. Καθαριότητα σε καθημερινή βεβαίως βάση. Βασικό μειονέκτημα η κακή κατάσταση των στρωμάτων και των κλινοσκεπασμάτων που αν και καθαρά ήταν πολύ μικρά για το κρεβάτι με αποτέλεσμα να μένει συχνά ακάλυπτο το στρώμα. Γενικώς όμως, πολύ καλή η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.Είναι η τρίτη φορά που μένεουμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε εκτός εάν βρούμε κάποιο εξίσου καλό και οικονομικό πιο κοντά στο λιφτ.

The hotel was reasonable aside from the heat being on constantly. food needs sprucing up, it was adequate for a budget ski trip, but it was very repetitive on the food front. The Wifi was horrific and did not work at all.

This hotel is a great value for money. Repaint $71 per night per two-person. SPA was clean, massage also was good. Happy with everything.
