Le secteur de l’hôtel est aussi triste que l’hôtel en lui même. Chambre vaste et confortable mais quelle ambiance. Des couleurs sombres pas de lumière… Mais la chambre était au calme, le personnel est compétent et le petit déjeuner est bien. Pas de coup de coeur mais un hôtel pratique plus pour un déplacement professionnel que pour un séjour touristique

Great place for a quiet getaway. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were by error sent up to a dirty unmade room. It shocked us. Not close to any food services. The room was dark. Bathroom flooded. When i asked for a second cup of coffee i was fiven cold coffee with attitude. I would hsve paid for coffe. Just bad service.

Odalar geniş ferah ve konforlu , Oda temizliği güzel, Ancak koridodaki ıslak halının kokusu keyfimizi biraz kaçırdı, Kahvaltı servisindeki erkek arkadaşın nezaketi 10 puan , ama bayan arkadaşlar niye geldiniz der gibi davranıyordu. Otel şehir merkezine uzak, aracınız yoksa büyük sıkıntı. Her şey için teşekkürler

All about the hotel was great however we need to save a special page for breakfast which is outstanding. The location and the personnel was very good and smiley. There is an open car parl near the hotel. The only thing the lightings in the room could be lighter but actually not a problem at all. Thank you

Only stayed for one night but enough for me to say it was a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and would like to return. Also we have enjoyed the cooked breakfast 👍👏

Recepción check in muy amable y profesional. Agradable sorpresa de recibir un suite como upgrade y una botella de champán por nuestro anniversario. Hotel con buen gusto de estilo, habitación muy bonita, cama muy grande y desayuno correcto con buen café. Muy buen servicio. Volveremos.

Interesting hotel, the room was really charming, lots of wood, and nice furniture, very spacious room, located in a nice part of the city, both nights I found a parking spot very easily, the receptionist was welcoming. The bathroom was good. Some things could be better, for example the pillow wasn't comfortable, it was a hard memory foam pillow... also the bed sheet/blanket was small, while I'm just 1.83m tall it wasn't covering my feet enough, I had to use the blankets of both single beds... In the bathroom the shower head was really not pleasant to use, producing a small water jet instead of being a regular shower head.... And in the room it would be great to let people to stop the mini bar that can get noisy, without having to move the large furniture in front of the power plug.... So overaly it was a great option and stay for Varna, woudl come back again and hope they can work on fixing the small problems i pointed...

Temiz, ultra rahat bir yatak, ferah bir oda. Kahvaltı vasat (bize göre). İş seyahati için çok uygun. Varna girişinde fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir hotel.

Very friendly staff and great hotel. A bit off from the city centre but it's so much cheaper than the other hotels, and it is not a problem at all with the very cheap taxi in Varna (it costs you £2 to the cathedral under 5 minutes). Well worth it! The staff also helped me greatly to arrange a taxi to the stone forest, and provided me with very clear information on the taxi fares, ended up it just costs me £10 one way!

Chambre immense, vraiment. Ambiance sombre correspondante aux photos. Jolie déco. Très bonne literie. Salle de bain très bien. Ensemble propre. Petit déjeuner au choix, correct. Quelques places de parking devant l'hotel. Seul point négatif : quartier sans aucun intérêt, très loin du centre, il faut avoir une voiture ou prendre un taxi.
