여기 진짜 후짐 시설과 조식도 최악 무조건 소피아에선 노보텔로 가세요 거기가 진리

시내에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만, 수영장이 있는 호텔이어서 선택했는데 아이들도 만족하고, 방도 별도의 거실과 주방이 있는 큰 방이어서 만족합니다. 호텔 스태프들도 친절하고 조식도 웬만한 편이고요. 근처에 파라다이스 쇼핑센터라고 큰 몰이 있어서 차를 가지고 여행하시는 분들은 들러서 밥을 먹거나 간단한 쇼핑을 하기도 좋습니다.

소피아 구시가지에서 차로 10분 정도 거리에 있는 호텔입니다. 바로 옆에 공원이 있어 주변 환경이 쾌적해요. 호텔은 지어진지 얼마 안되어서인지 전체적으로 깨끗합니다. 직원들이 별로 친절한 것 같진 않아요.(불가리아 사람들이 전체적으로 잘 웃지 않고 무뚝뚝해요) 차에서 짐을 내려도 누구 하나 신경쓰지 않았어요. 덕분에 스스로 짐을 옮겨 팁값은 아꼈네요. 객실은 깨끗하고 있을 건 다 있지만 고급스럽진 않아요. 그래도 가격 대비 매우 훌륭해요. 조식도 맛있어요. 소피아에 다시 가게 되면 또 이 호텔을 선택할 거에요.

部屋は広くて清潔でした。公園の前で散歩にも最適です。バス停、スーパーも比較的近くにあり便利ですが、地下鉄駅は少々遠い。

When I arrived, I headed to the reception, where two guys were present and giving me some odd looks. I introduced myself and said I wanted to check in. I then asked about the facilities, but their responses were so unprofessional and vague that I was genuinely shocked. Sehr schöne Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Breite Auswahl von Säften. Omelett, Bacon, Würstchen - alles ist da. Eine tägliche Reinigung im Zimmer wäre jedoch gewünscht. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

I wouldn't book this hotel again, floor whatever is carpet or weird Lino it's the same in the room as in the bathroom, corridors smell of cigarettes, WiFi is very bad, I mean shocking bad and when u put card in the holder to get power in the room fuse board always buzzing and reception was not interested to do something about it, breakfast was okay, haven't use the spa or pool u unfortunately so can't comment, on plus side really good water pressure in shower.

The room cleaning was not done, the first days only towels and the last day nothing...

Wifi in the room non-existent. Room cleaning is average: on the first day I had to request it at reception!! In 3 days of stay sheets and pillowcases were never changed (they were in need..) A musty smell persists in the room - perhaps it comes from the curtains or poor ventilation. Breakfast: rather poor in quality. Plus : only one active coffee machine - despite a high number of guests (this forces to a long waiting lines) NO bread toaster. (Male) Breakfast staff ather rude and unhelpful.

The hotel was terrible, there was a lot of issues with the water and the service itself I couldn’t recommend you this hotel I that I will never ever come back again to this place!!!

This hotel was well equipped and a fantastic value.. correction, an unbelievable value (when I booked anyway). They have a gym and a pool and sauna rooms...plural. They have breakfast buffet which is in my opinion pretty good. The rooms aren't luxury, but they are comfortable and clean with adequate bathroom facilities. The area is close to transportation and a walkable distance to a touristy part of town. It's in a university student area of town. The staff was a little cold to deal with, and their English wasn't great, but I had no issues. I'd go back in a heartbeat...especially if I got the deal I got the first time.

Estuvimos 3 dias sin aseo de los cuartos, los pasillos muy fuerte el olor a tabaco, cuarto con varias luces malas, ninguna provision de toallas y jabones, nuestros reclamos no encontraron eco, solo el ultimo dia un joven conserje nos trajo toallas y jabones

Huge room, modern interior, super clean and finally a cabinet where you can store enough clothes. I really loved it. The pool and saunas are great. The breakfast was tasty.

We booked a room for 4 nights. Found the room was modern to some extent but had stains on the floor. No room service or a telephone. Cleaning service was appalling! Shockingly they only clean the rooms every 3 days including bathroom.. even that didn’t happened in our 4 nights stay. Upon request they cleaned the bathroom one day and did not touch the bed. We had to make our own bed…that’s not what you expect to do when on holiday.!!! Air con makes a hell of a lot of noise but wouldn’t cool the room down.. 😅. Bedroom windows open wide with no safety catch… (not safe if your staying with little children). A little limited with the breakfast selection, practically the same items everyday… but they did have a good selection of coffee from the machine. 👌 Staff were mainly pleasant apart from one who was very arrogant. Metro station is approximately 10 minutes walk but through some quiet dark streets and pathways. Not for travelling alone in the night. Not many nice places to eat out due to being a student area. It’s located in a very quiet area with not much to do. Not the best location for tourist who are visiting Sofia and wish to spend time in the city centre.

Hotel feels tired. Furniture and finishings are rather strange,especially room flooring. Pool is OK when not full of children as it is 25m and good for a swim. Sauna Park as they call it is good with 3 saunas to choose from and a steam bath. Fitness is decent too. Restaurant is OK, closes as 9PM and you do not other options nearby. Area around the venue also feels strange despite the park where you can have a walk. Lobby area seems spacious but feels empty to me. Business facilities not used, so no opinion there. WiFi is open and drops regularly, receptions has no LAN cables to give you and I do not even work the wired connections are avaliable despite LAN sockets in rooms. This was also the first hotel that I visited with its doors openning towards you. Also no telephone in rooms and no room service available. Go there if you have business in the area, not worth a special visit.
