1. location: not good. Every night a loud music was playing nearby. tuktuk $3 from the town (pub street). but from hotel to town free provided 2. Breakfast : amazing. cambodian noodle is so good 3. room condition: clean. strong a/c. 4. workers: kind and very helpful 5. Welcome juice and bread 6. Everything was great except the noise at night ( i think it was from a circus across from the street) but very quiet during the day.

All the employees are very good and sensitive of what you need. You don’t need to ask they will do it without asking them. Very personalized. Nana was so good and the owner’s daughter. Thank you so much

The beat stay weve had in a very long time. We have stayed here as we celebrate 30 years of marriage and the help from all the staff was excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff were the most welcoming, helpful, warm, and friendly of anywhere we stayed in se Asia. We really felt taken care of here. I could not recommend this location enough. The bungalows are beautiful, the pool clean and well maintained. It is a short tuk tuk ride to the city center. We are coming back. Bryan and susan wadsworth.

Très beau bungalow mais le nôtre était près de la route donc bruyant. L hôtel a tout de suite accepté de nous changer de bungalow. Service excellent : boissons et fruits à chaque retour de fin de journée, petit déjeuner servi au bungalow, tuktuk gratuit pour aller en ville. 2 belles piscines. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Un très bon sejour.

Highly recommend!!! Words can not express the extraordinary level of service rendered. Staff were very thoughtful and cooperative throughout our stay and always one step ahead anticipating our needs. Location is highly convenient and secluded in a setting surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Cleanliness standards were visible, and the pool was cleaned multiple times per day, and fresh towels were provided. Staff were very polite and thoughtful, as exemplified when we got off the pool. Based on the weather, we were presented with hot or cold tea and a mixed fruit platter of fruit trees within the property. It is budget friendly, ensured transportation was available, and really cheap in room spa service. Interestingly, woodened houses are a representation of minimal wealth, yet tourists flock to bungalows. The bungalow had air-conditioned, spacious, and big bathroom.

We loved to stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow, with its outstanding friendly and always helpful staff. The Bungalow had very quiet aircondition, spacious bathroom (with bathtub😉), fridge, two nearby swimming pools... and in case we needed something there was always someone to ask. Angkor Heart Bungalow lies a bit remote (opposite Phare Circus), but offers free Tuc-tuc transport into town. Only issue is that unfortunately the Hotel is situated close to Siem Reap ring road, what made it sometimes a bit noisy - but no matter, during the day you probably will be exploring temples anyway. Highly recommended!

Great staff, across road from circus

Wonderful and laid-back bungalows in quiet garden setting with pool. Manager and staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. Kids and adults enjoyed pool. They offered us special Christmas meal and farewell gift. Out of the busy tourist district yet easy to get around SR.

The cabins where very nice. The staff were excellent, bringing cold drinks and a snack when we came back from a day out on the town.

Good location for what we wanted to see and do

Amazing staff, kind and helpful. The food was good and the we loved the cabins and the grounds which were very relaxing and well kept. Will definitely come back.

I can’t say enough about how well we were treated during our stay. We felt very well taken care of. The meals on the front deck were lovely. Transportation was arranged whenever we needed it. The staff were very accommodating and catered to our every needs. There were always water and fruit juices after we returned from our day trips. The concierge and manager even provided us with a farewell cake and a platter of fresh fruits and tea before our departure. In addition, they allowed us to check out later than the checked out time as our flight wasn’t till a later time - very nice of them!! The food at Angkor Heart is delicious and well made! And the massages are great! I greatly recommend this hotel!

An amazing service of an amazing kind staff at a very laidback bungalow park. Breakfast is being served at the balcony of your own bungalow and every time we came back from a trip, they brought us cold juices. We felt very special!

The staff here were wonderful, and they made us feel very welcome bringing us refreshments throughout the day. The pool was great and the bungalows were adequate. However I will say that if you have motion sickness or if you are a light sleeper you might reconsider. The slight swaying of the bungalows made me feel quite sick and the noise at night can also get quite loud as its on a fairly big intersection. If you are a budget traveller and those things dont bother you, then this is a great spot with very nice staff and a good pool to relax in.
