가족이 머물기에는 최고인 숙소였습니다! 취사도구와 세탁기 빅사이즈 냉장고까지 모두 갖추고있는 방두개.욕실두개 딸린 풀옵션 빌라 한채를 빌려주었고. 수영장도 깨끗하게 관리 되어있어 좋았습니다. 또한 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다! 숙소위치는 다소 외진곳에 있으나 이점이 조용하게 휴식하기에는 더욱 좋았던것 같습니다. 그래도 걸어서 5분정도만 나가면 제법 멋진 펍들이 많아서 저녁을 즐기기에는 무리가없고 10분정도 걸어나가면 편의점들이 있는 번화가까지 나갈수 있어서 위치적인면도 최고였습니다! 공항에서 숙소까지 픽업은 이메일로 따로 요청해서 무료로 이용할수있었습니다. 처음 픽업왔던 툭툭이 기사님이 계속 저희와 함께 움직였었는데 이점은 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 나중에 알고보니 비용도 조금 비싸게 부르셨고 기사님의 실수로 하루 오후일정이 완전히 꼬였는데 그부분에 대한 추가비용도 요구하셔서 당황스러웠습니다. 친절하긴 했으나 자꾸 추가비용을 요청하고 투어를 하라고 한점들이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그이외의 것들은 모두 최고였습니다! 무엇보다 너무 친절했던 직원들덕분에 멋진추억 만들수있어서 좋았습니다. 다시 씨엠립에 방문하면 저는 또 이곳에서 머물겁니다!

What a gem of a place, the staff are amazing cant do enough for you, the room and grounds are very clean and the breakfast is cooked to order. I would definitely return.

Lovely, comfortable place to stay with friendly, helpful staff. The free breakfast was no more than passable, but overall a great resort-style accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is incredibly helpful and offer a lot of services, help yo arrange tours around the area and have free bikes AND pick up from bus station (not sure if it applies to airport as well). The location is quiet and a 15 minute walk will take you to the market, nice restaurant close by (try Haven!). Pool area is nice and we enjoyed the breakfast they provide. Really recommend.

Au checkin La réception m'informe que je vais devoir change de chambre pendant Mon séjour. Ce n'est pas très appréciable puisque je dois défaire refaire Ma valise. Pendant Mon séjour j'ai demandé expressément que'Ma chambre soit faite mais ils se sont contente de changer les serviettes et meme pas les'draps Le sol était salle. Ils ont aussi fait des travaux pendant Mon séjour et c'était tard dans la journée vers 19h30 , un autre voyageur s'est plaint par rapport à ça et s'est fait engeulé pas Le manager, qui pour lui Le client n'a pas à se plaindre du moment que les travaux étaient rapidement finis. pour moi loin d'être exceptionnel, il faut faire des efforts pour avoir juste Le minimum qu'un Hôtel devrait proposer. Point positif le personnel est très poli et gentil et super respectueux.

Um es vorweg zu nehmen. Die Family sweet, die wir hatten war groß und geräumig. 1 Zimmer mit 2 Betten und ein Vorzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, einer Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und sogar einer Waschmaschine. Top dafür. Wer also auf Service oder professionelle Freundlichkeit verzichten möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Allerdings nicht für über $100/Nacht. Das ist für diese Kategorie zu teuer. Aber der Chef ist rüde, wird schnell agressive und unfreundlich sobald Probleme Auftreten! Er persönlich führt Renovierungsarbeiten nach 20:00 aus, sodass unsere Kinder immer aus dem Schlaft aufwachten. Unsere TV ging nicht, was im Grunde kein großes Problem ist. Aber obwohl wir dies bereits morgens um 00:7 reklamierten, passierte den ganzen Tag über nichts. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, obwohl wir mehr als 6Std über Tag weg waren. Es gab kein neues Wasser auf dem Zimmer und auch keine neuen Handtücher. Und die sind mit Kindern schnell dreckig. Am Tag unserer Abreise sprach uns der Chef dann persönlich an. Als wir ihm sagten das es nicht gerade professionell sei, das mit dem TV nichts gemacht wurde, wurde er sofort sehr agressiv, sodass eine weitere Unterhaltung unmöglich war. Über den fehlenden Service konnten wir garnicht mehr reden. Wir haben es überlebt, aber professionell ist das nicht.

Although the accommodations were excellent, it was the staff and owner that made the experience truly special. A good example of this was when the owner, who was sick and on antibiotics, helped with the housekeeping. Good breakfast, free bicycles, nice pool and even got a bigger room, that says it all..

Such a fine hotel, my friend and I were made to feel so welcome and there is such a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment we had was very spacious, comfortable and clean, with all mod cons. I have to say that the staff are wonderful, always helpful and always smiling. I will definitely be staying again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Aster. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful organising pick up and a tuk tuk to the airport, breakfast was really nice better than expected and location wise was perfect nice and quiet but not to far from the main areas only a 20min walk to Pub street which is like the main part to go out of a night.

It was not that close to the city centre, so we had to take a tuktuk or walk for 20 minutes, some mosquitos in our room annoyed us, for the nights there was a mosquito net, we booked tours for Angkor Wat, breakfast was nice. For this price, absolutely okay.

Very nice accommodation just 20 minutes walk or a 3 minute Tuk Tuk ride from Pub Street, the main tourist area of Siem Reap. The hosts, Anas and Nai Nai, are a lovely couple who will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. It was beautiful to cool down in the pool after a hot sweaty day and the room air conditioning was glorious!

Location is quite good and it is easy to organise trips promptly on arrival. Lacking a few niceties such as working safe and access to any food outside of breakfast (which was mediocre). Ok but nothing above and beyond.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aster Villa. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the entire complex sparkling clean. It was only about 15-20 minutes to walk into town or a $2 tuk tuk/$1 grab. I would definitely stay here again. I have nothing negative to say :)

Owners are really adorable, so nice, always willing to help or providing the best advice or information. The place is quiet and nice. Really well decorated, very clean. I wished I could’ve stay longer. Thank you.
