매우 친절하고 섬세한 직원 스텝 대응이 좋았어요. 수영장도 크진 않지만 깊이가 있고 편안했습니다.

Overall, the staff was kind, and the location was good. However, perhaps they were too kind? When I was checking out, they brought all the items I had thrown in the trash (a broken umbrella, an used small mat, and worn-out shoes) and paraded them one by one, asking if I had forgotten them—right in front of my boss. Later in the afternoon, when I came back to pick up the luggage I had left, they offered a chance to shower. But then they tried to put my boss and me in the same empty room. We had used separate rooms throughout the trip, so what were they thinking, putting me and my boss, of the opposite gender, in the same room to shower?

직원들에 친절과 여러가지 무료 서비스가 참 좋았던 시간. 무료 마사지와 무료 도시락 그리고 무료 간식 포장의 정성이 느껴졌던 호텔. 정말 편안한 휴식이 되었던 곳 강추입니다

Perfect place to stay. Their welcome drinks are so special. They provided me up-graded room without any reason, and I also had free massage for 60mins (my mother as well), and the quality was really good. When I booked the hotel, the price was a bit expensive compared to others, but if I knew I would have free massage coupon, I would stay there more than one day. Tap water is so clean, there is no smell while using water. (I stayed other two hotels, their tap water has iron smell.) And all staffs are super kind, absolutely. -------------------------------------------------------- 엄마랑 함께 갔는데 완전 좋았어요! 엄마와 저 모두 무료 마사지 쿠폰을 받아서 했는데, 퀄리티도 좋았기에 가격대비 완전 대만족입니다. 캄보디아에서 숙소 3개 이용했는데, 당연 최고구요. 다음에 캄보디아 가면 무조건 이용합니다.

아이랑 여행했는데 매우 만족 했습니다. 시설도 나무랄데 없고 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 공항 픽드랍 서비스도 클래식카로 해주시고 시원한 물수건이랑 코코넛 음료도 주시네요. 4박했는데 또 여행가면 고민없이 재방문 의사 있네요.

시엠립에 호텔이 정말 많아서 고민하다가, 후기가 정말 좋은 golden temple hotel의 체인점(부띠끄가 제일 높은 등급) 이라는 본 호텔에 예약했습니다. 정말 제가 한 선택 중에 가장 잘한 선택이였다고 생각해요. Pick up도 자동차로 해주었고 공항에서는 아이패드로 저의 이름을 적어서 기다려 주었습니다. 호텔로 가는 길에 차가운 손수건과 음료(맥주,주스,물,코코넛) 은 물론 손수만든 목도리??같은것도 주셨어요. 숙소에 도착했을 땐 밤늦게 도착해서 웰컴드링크와 과일 및 스낵은 받비 못했습니다만 어머니 생신이라고 다음날 손수 만든 케익과 과일을 5명의 직원들이 전달해주고 함께 사진도 찍어줬어요. 침대에도 장미꽃으로 저희 어머니 이름과 생일 날짜를 표시해주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 마사지나 마사지를 받는 시설도 훌륭했고, 스태프 모두 저희를 왕비처럼 대접해줘서 부담스러울 정도였네요. 숙박객보다 스태프가 훨씬 많아서 정말 편했고 좋았어요. 저녁식사는 부띠크 맞은편에 있는 레지던스에서 하게되는데요 공연을 보면서 고급스러운 메뉴를 먹을 수 있었고, 메뉴가 나올때마다 지배인이 와서 맛은 어떠냐며 계속 신경써주셨어요. 진짜 배려가 뭔지 정말 잘 아는 호텔이였습니다. 새로 지어서 그런지 건물 자체도 너무 훌륭하구요 티비와 에어컨은 삼성이고 변기와 세면대는 branet??이였나..검색해봤을 때 독일제 비싼 브랜드라고 하더라구요. 모든 시설이 최고급으로 지어진게 느껴졌어요. 또 세면대가 두개(드라이기도 2개 어메니티는 2개씩총 4개)여서 어머니랑 아침 준비할때 시간이 안겹쳤어요. 공짜 생수는 8병은 더있었네요. 조식은 종류가 적어 아쉬웠지만 맛은 정말 좋았구요, 수영장은 좁아요.. 하지만 스텝에게 물어보니 레지던스 수영장을 이용해도 된다고 했어요. 가격보다 훨씬 좋은 서비스를 받아서 너무너무너무 좋았어요. 호텔이 좋아서 시엠립을 다시오고 싶을 정도였습니다. 그리고 Mr kim과 다른 staff들 2일동안 고마웠어요~ I want to thank to Mr kim and all of other staff in golden temple boutique. You guys were absolutely professional! I had a beautiful memory since you care us sincerely. Thanks again!

All the staff are friendly and kind.The room is spacious and comfortable. Buffer style breakfast has a wide variety and delicious.I recommend the spa here, the quality is high but reasonable price. Highly recommended hotel!

Wonderful in every regard.

I was skeptical when I saw the high rating. I am no longer skeptical. It is well deserved. I would fly from the USA back to Siem Reap just for the coffee at breakfast at Golden Temple

Staff was phenomenal! So kind and attentive. An oasis in the middle of the city. Most soft comfortable beds ever !

Hotel is beautifully presented and clean. Every detail has been carefully thought through. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Stayed in a premium king/twin room and it was huge with firm but comfortable beds. Bathroom was fantastic with little extras like the salt scrub in the shower. We had a spa package with body scrub, massage and facials which was enjoyable. Spa is well presented and spa manager was very attentive and eager to ensure our visit was as relaxing as possible. Breakfast was in the restaurant at the sister hotel across the road. Decent variety of foods and they were able to accommodate a food allergy with ease. Location was perfect for us, as it was a short 4-5 min walk to Pub Street in one direction and the same to the Night Market along the river in the other direction. Plenty of places to eat and tuk tuks are easy to find although the hotel can also arrange those. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Room is really large, comfy design, clean, and staffs are really nice. The size of hotel is perfect, not too small, nor too large, nice size. The location is perfect, but not so loud at night. swimming pool gives nice cooling down as outside is hot. I got 3rd floor room, still view was nice. Breakfast was also very good

The staff was incredible and very helpful. They advised us to upgrade which was a great choice since the room that I had booked wasn't big enough for the entire party. The location is quite central, with a lot of restaurants/stores around. The room was fabulous, clean, and quite spacious. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples. We also tried the spa, and it was perhaps one of the best experiences I've had.

This review is for both Boutique and Residence. Truly extraordinary customer service! We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels including high end 5 star luxury hotels (Fairmont, Four Seasons and Shanghai-La) and can definitively state in terms of customer service these two locations are easily on par with the aforementioned 5 star luxury hotels. Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure our entire stay with them would be comfortable. The two hotels are centrally located in the heart of the food and entertainment district of Siem Reap with everything within walking distance. The pool is very refreshing after a long day out; their restaurant and spa services are very good. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends!
