Isann Lodge

The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not so great as it was far from any shops or restaurants. If I was to do this trip again I would have preferred to find a hotel closer to walking street where the restaurant and night market is as we went there every night after the temples to grab dinner.

The area a little noisy from kids neighbors. The bathroom need place to put sanitary and need a hooks to hang the towels.

A real gem in an area that may give pause to some. Staff and people around the lodge are great. I had a good experience and really enjoyed my time at the lodge.

I wish we had more time here, great spot to rest and clean up from traveling before we had to quickly move on. It’s on a nice quiet street with beautiful landscaping!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! It was a quiet and beautiful place!

I stayed in a beautiful room at upper level of one of the wooden bungalows surrounded by tropical trees. The site is located slightly outside Siem Reap and once you enter the gate you leave all the noise and dusts behind. It is a perfect place for people who would like to enjoy Seam Reap and Ankor but also have some quite time and relax in front of lovely pool surrounded by trees. The hotel also have an organic garden used by their restaurant. I would highly recommend this place. The hotel team is very friendly and helpful . Tanya

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room doesn’t look as good as the pictures. The toilet is plugged every other day and the sink is plugged too. The layout of the room is inconvenient. The free breakfast is small. The room wasn’t clean properly everyday. The closed by street was noisy.

Very comfortable and beautiful place, delicious food. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The lodge was set in very beautiful gardens which were reflected in the infinity pool which was a really nice touch. The lodges themselves are very well made using natural wood.

If Possible I would give Isann a better rating than excellent! Nice rooms, SUPER friendly and helpful staff, and EXCELLENT food. They have my highest recommendation.

Very nice lodge. quiet and very charming Khmer wooden house. really great garden feel and infinity swimming pool. room intertir also beautiful. the food is really good, delicious from their concept from farm to table organic meal. we really had a wonderful stay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt. Sie ist nur über TukTuk Transfer auf eigene Kosten zu erreichen. Die Gartensuite war wie das gesamte Hotel abgewohnt und es gab keinerlei Moskito-Schutz (mitten im Grünen außerhalb der Stadt!); die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, man war also in einen kleinen nur sparsam gepflegten Zimmer "eingesperrt". Die Anlage selbst war vor Jahren möglicherweise sehr schön. Vielleicht in der High Season auch noch besser hergerichtet. Aber bei unserer Ankunft Anfang Oktober fanden wir nur kaputte Liegen in einer ungepflegten einsamen Gegend vor. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht und sind nach einer Stunde wieder abgereist. Auf den bereits gezahlten Kosten für die Isann Lodge sind wir komplett sitzen geblieben :-(

Wonderful time spent here relaxing with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds and hotel were beautifully kept and managed. Only downside would be that the local area made noise quite often in the middle of the night, music every night around 3-6am. Sometimes it got really loud where you had to wait till it stopped to fall back asleep. Another downside would be the free airport transfer we were promised. No one informed us on our way in so we ended up paying for our ride and on our way out the “free airport transfer” was a Tuk Tuk, there was three of us, each with two bags. Overall stay was pretty great. Would definitely recommend!

Très bel hôtel mais il faut juste savoir qu'il est très éloigné . Chaque trajet en tuk tuk a un réel coût au Cambodge en tout cas à la fin la note monte vite. Savoir aussi que c'est pas parce que c'est moi. Qu'on est au calme. Beaucoup de bruit tot le matin. Après c'est juste la vie locale qui débute mais bruit de scie sur l'entreprise à côté et toit les reste . Très bon restau sur place et corect en prix.
