We booked this place for its price and location. The owner reached out and said they offered a free airport transfer and we supplied our details. Once we landed, no one was waiting for us, so we asked the security to call the hotel for us. No one answered. We took a taxi for 35$, and arrived at the Hotel. We woke up the front desk, he handed us a key, and pointed to our room. We went and slept. The next morning I asked about the pickup we were expecting,and the staff said they'd talk to the owner. That night our airconditioning broke as well as the door handle to the bathroom. The two gentlemen at the front desk explained the previous guest had broken these things, but they had hoped it would be ok (so, I was given a room they knew was not up to par). Luckily, we were able to love to another room. The next afternoon, while swimming, I asked about the free coffee they offer -'no, we don't do that'. I asked if the owner was there,and she was. I asked her about coffee, and she said no. I asked about the airport transfer,and she said it is an error from Expedia, not them. I tried to explain both of these things are listed on their website - that's Expedia's fault was the reply. I've managed hotels in SEA. While Expedia can be troublesome, a property owner is required to keep their services up to date. They should also keep their website up to date. There was no effort to meet me half way for anything and I felt like I was being lied to. It's unfortunate.

Beautiful small family run hotel with unique architecture. Very helpful staff saved us money on transportation to airport. Immaculately clean. Quiet. All rooms on 2nd-4th floors open onto wrap around balcony. Open air dining on ground floor. Nice pool. Easy walking distance to attractions: 10 min to Pub Street, 15 min to Old Market etc. Fresh cooked simple breakfast (strong fresh brewed coffee, cheese omelette, French bread and fruit) included. Comfy beds and strong A/C. Couple of shortcomings: No elevator in 4 floor hotel; but has rooms on ground floor. Water is solar heated, so hot in afternoon and early evening; but only warm in morning. No TV, but who cares? Such a bargain that I plan to stay there again

とても親切なスタッフさん達でした。 WiFiの改善もされており、最上階だったが快適にアクセスできた。

les Clés des chambres sont accessibles sur le comptoir de la réception . Nous avons récupéré les clés de notre chambre nous mêmes le personnel dormait nous avions accès à toutes les clés. Ce n’était pas très sécuritaire

I booked with Jasmine Lodge. Showed up and they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my confirmations. They kept denying I had a reservation. They kept telling me I had to fix the problem!! When I first got there they said they had rooms available. After trying to get a room for over an hour, they changed the story to they didn’t have any rooms left... they finally, begrudgingly, booked me at their sister hotel- jasmine family, across the street. I had purposely not booked there bc it wasn’t as nice. Very unfriendly at checkin (at Jasmine Family) and any times I had questions. I’m glad I didn’t ask for an early breakfast as one of the other customers said they had asked and was rudely told no!! The room was decent but just the whole situation was a pain. And the rudeness in everyone working there was a shock considering how friendly everyone else had been on my Cambodia trip!!

Hotel was clean, staff was great and great lication

The only problem I had was some how a tonne of mosquitoes got in ate room one night I think through the fan in the bathroom room and I woke up with many bites

Close to everything, staff always happy to help with tours, transport. Serves good food. Pool great to cool off at end of day

宿はとても綺麗です。掃除も行き届いています。マイナス点はピックアップを依頼して、行きますと返信があったにもかかわらず来なかったこと。宿で指摘するとボスが管理してるからわからないと言われました。また、こちらで予約していましたが見つからないと言われ、5ドル追加してエアコン付きの部屋に入ってといわれたのですが、エアコン壊れてました。笑 しかし、値段以上に綺麗なお部屋だったのと、店番の男の子がいい子だったのでがまんできました。ちなみにWi-Fiはなぜか一階しか繋がりません。これは困ったなー。プラス点は、何度も言いますが、宿全体が広く綺麗ですごしやすかったことです。あと朝ごはんが選べるところでした。

Hôtel à 10 minutes à pied du centre près d un grand axe mais calme avec piscine agréable après la visite des temples chambre agréable et calme bon petit déjeuner

若いスタッフで一所懸命やっている フロント応対良い ベッドきれい。 Wi-fiがちょっと弱かった ３階より上の部屋になると、エレベーター無いのできつい

航空券とセットでとりましたが、旧正月だったのでお値段は高め。評価が高かったので期待していただけに残念な感じでした。部屋の設備はもうちょっとしっかりメンテナンスしてほしいと思いました。(電気点かないのに最後まで直してくれなかった。) 泊まれればいい方向けだけど、それならゲストハウスに泊まった方が楽しめたかも・・・とちょっと後悔しました。スタッフもゆるーい感じなので、まぁ細かく注意とかはないから楽でしたけどね。 泊まって3日目に「今日はあなたの泊まる部屋がない」と間違い電話があってかなりあせりました。

Nous sommes restes 5 jours dans cet hotel. Ce futt un très bon séjour. Le personnel de l'hotel a été très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avions pris une chambre a 3 lit au 2eme étage. Chambre très propre, menage bien fait. La clim ne fonctionnait pas, ni le ventilateur mais comme c’était la saison seche nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La salle de bain est spartiate mais propre . Pas de bruit la nuit, lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Il n'est pas terrible. Nous le completions donc pas un autre petit déjeuner a cote de l’établissement. Petite piscine mais super bienvenue après le retour des visites dans les temples. Les prix pratiqués par l'hotel pour la visite des temples en tuk tuk sont très corrects (12 dollars petit tour, 15 dollar grand tour). L'hotel est a 15 minutes a pieds de Pub Street mais si vous voulez manger, il y a plein de bons petits restos pas chers a cote. Bref, ce fut une très bonne experience. Pas le grand luxe mais très très bien pour le prix pratiqué.
