Not perfectly clean and neat but friendly staffs, service like 5 star hotel and good location. Best for tourists who wants to stay near pub street :)

접근성 겁나 좋습니다. 바로앞에 24시간 마트있고 혼자지내기 너무좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하고ㅎㅎ 앙코르와트 투어 너무나도 재밌게 다녀왔습니다!!^^

very good comfortable hotel. if go again, I have to choose this hotel. All conditions are O.K except wash towel which should be needed more improvement. Anyway, I was happy with this hotel.

씨엠림 공항에 1시 반쯤 도착했고 픽업서비스를 요청했지만 나오지 않았습니다. 침대 이불을 들었더니 검정 모래같은게 있어서 따로 털고 잤습니다 위치는 나이트마켓에 가까워서 좋습니다 !

it close from main road so easy to access everywhere. but there is korean ktv "chanel" in front of hotel so i think it is not good place to stay with children

3일 묵었고 서비스 좋아요. 스텝들도 친절하고 항상밝고. 올드마켓,나이트마켓,펍스트리트 모두 가까워요. 객실도 대체로 깨끗했는데 2번째날 침대시트에 살짝 오래된 피 같은 얼룩이 있더라구요. 의자, 화장대, 냉장고가 없는건 불편했어요. 신발을 호텔로비에 벗고들어가게 되어있길래 벗어놨는데.. 호텔 주인 아이들인지 수영장에서 매일 놀던 현지아이들이 제 신발을 신고 물에 들어갔다나왔다 하더군요. 신발없어져서 한참찾았던터라 짜증이 좀 낫네요. 애기들이라 그냥 넘어가긴했지만..그런거 싫어하시면 가지마세요. 수영장은 1층 로비에 있어 모든사람이 다 지나다니고 가끔은 뚝뚝기사까지 왔다갔다 거려서 이용하기 애매합니다. 무엇보다 너무 시끄럽습니다. 호텔은 문제가아니고 매일 새벽 6시 30분부터 불경같은걸 외는 마을방송을 해요. 언제끝나나봤는데 8시 30분까지 하더라구요 그후에는 제가 관광을 나가버려서 모르겠습니다. 12시쯤 체크아웃할때들어보니 그때도 스피커에서 흘러나오는 불경.. 여기는 스텝친절한것과 저렴한거빼고는 메리트하나없네요.

나이트 마켓에서 도보로 5분거리 늦은시간이동도 위험하지 않고 가격대비 숙박시설은 좋은 것 같아요. 추천이용^^

The pictures posted were taken when brand new. The people who ran it were nice but it wasn’t the cleanest. Place was ran down some but seemed safe.

The staff are friendly enough and they'll make your beds daily but they don't clean to good. There's no free breakfast, no mini fridge, and the pool has missing tile and the pool lights hang out of the sides of the pool. literally you could step on them. You have to ask for toilet paper or you don't get any. The best thing was I could walk my step daughter to her english school and pick her up after.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was dirty and old. Water was dripping from the sink in the bathroom and dirty bedsheets. The air condition was not working at all, so the room was hot all day and night. The pool looked dirty and we did not see them clean it once. The sun is not on the poolside at all.

When we booked it stated that it has 3 beds. When we got there only 2 beds. It was uncomfortable because we needed 3 beds.

Proche centre-ville. Mais extrêmement bruyant. Trop de circulation

The bed was comfortable, but the AC was extremely weak and the room was full of mosquitoes.

Arrived at the hotel to find it very different than as presented in Hotels.com. Common areas were dirty and littered. The room was very disappointing. Our Bathroom likewise. On arrival the desk clerk was lying down in foyer. The only thing that looked like the photos was the pool. In the end changed hotels. Requested a refund for our 2 nights (in fairness contrary to stated cancellation policy) and denied a refund.

My booking included airport shuttle and I paid for it (paid to Expedia). But after I booked, the hotel emailed me and said that the airport shuttle wasn't included. I had to pay separate if I wanted the airport shuttle. I explained to the hotel manager that the airport shuttle was included and I already paid to Expedia but he kept saying it wasn't. Moreover, the hotel does NOT have elevator but they didn't mention this on the Expedia website. It's not nice to a person like me because I have knees pain. So I strongly suggest that Expedia and King Boutique Hotel should fix this discrepancies for the future customers. For the record, the hotel manager and stuff are very polite and nice to me regardless.

部屋は普通に綺麗。 2階にオープンスペースがあり、喫煙者はそこでタバコを吸える。 1番のネックは熱いお湯が出ないこと。 わずかなぬるま湯のため、シャワー後は正直寒い。 ホテルの立地は、一本通りの向こうに市場があるため、夜も楽しめ、食事場所もたくさんある。

Check in is not good, no hot water, no a/c, linen is not clean. I checked out after one day, even though I paid for 2days. Found a better place with friendly staff and nice room.
