2 베드룸 사용했음 거실이 완전 큼 왕 튜브를 놓아도 공간이 남아요/ 호텔은 깨끗함 / 세면대에 아쥬가끔 개미가 보였음 / 호텔뒷문으로 나가니 럭키몰 즉 슈퍼마켓 있어서 넘 좋았음/ 호텔에 문의해서 압사라쇼 할인받았음 / 수건 넉넉했음 / 청소 후 슬리퍼가 한 개 사라짐ㅡㅡ 냄비 두 개있음 / 수영장 넘 좋음/ 어른 4명에 아이들 4명이 와도 충분한 공간이에요. / 조식에 나오는 쌀국수 제일 맛남 훌륭한 조식 / 조용함 / 매일 밤 케익을 나누어주어서 고맙지만, 안먹게 됨 ㅠ

everytings excellent! but it pointed corner of bed. we'are got a bruise on one's leg(shin). watch out.

Really lovely hotel, in a quiet area only 1km from Pub Street. Exceptional service, huge 3 bedroom apartment, nice pool and pool bar. I loved our stay here, would definitely return.

Breakfast and poolside service was amazing!

The stay as perfect. Walking distance to Pub St. and the Night Markets & also conveniently located to Angkor Wat and attractions. One of our travelers fell ill and they coordinated a doctor to the hotel and then were so very helpful during a hospital stay. Very friendly, very helpful, great breakfast included, wonderful pool, and just an overall amazing experience! Thank you!

The staff was nice and friendly. We could get everything from the hotel service. That included transportations, bikes rental, and tickets to shows. The hotel and very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. We liked the soup and fruits.

Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.

We had a lovely stay and the staff was very friendly. We had a feeling of being welcome at the hotel and the tours we booked were really good.

It was great, as always.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Koulen Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impressively spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome relief, keeping the atmosphere cool and pleasant throughout our stay. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring ample space and all the necessary amenities. The shower was refreshing and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool area, which felt like a tropical oasis. The garden was well kept, providing a serene atmosphere to relax and unwind. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a lovely breakfast room and a variety of choices to start the day off right. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served tasty meals, making it convenient to enjoy delicious food without having to venture far. Overall, our stay at the Koulen Hotel was exceptional. With its friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and beautiful surroundings, it's a perfect choice for anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Our room was very large and spacious for a family of five. The kitchen supplies are basic but adequate. Breakfast was fairly limited but it was low season, not sure if this would change when the hotel is busier. The gym is older but serves its purpose. The hotel is nice and clean with a large pool and helpful, friendly staff. Outside there is always an available tuktuk driver to take you the short distance to the shops. Our hotel arranged the tour / tour guide for us to Angkor Wat and other temples, it was very easy and the guide was really good.

Spectacular hotel, very clean! Spacious rooms 80 m2/800 sqf, with one, two and three bedrooms, plus living room, and kitchenette. Staff is wonderful, great restaurant/cafeteria. Very very safe all around, walkable, clean, heat is not too bad! Very happy people! This is our second time in this hotel. E&L from Seattle, USA.

Our stay at the Koulen Hotel was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both variety and quality, and we enjoyed it throughout our five-night stay. The pho was especially delicious, far better than the originals in Vietnam and Bali, which we visited after our stay. The excellent staff also made our stay even better. Lin, Sa, and the male staff, whose names I didn't ask, were especially kind and helpful. Sokha, the hotel's tuk-tuk driver, was a very honest and polite driver, and would come to pick us up within a few minutes if we called during our stay. If you're staying at the Koulen Hotel, be sure to request him. The only thing I request is kitchen facilities. There is a nice kitchen in the room, but there are no cutting boards, knives, cutlery, frying pans, tableware, etc., so you will have to request them. I felt it would have been better if they were permanently provided.

Lovely hotel. Very large, stylish rooms, with good air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
