The hotel is very dirty garbage is everywhere the owner is unfriendly

I got on the 3rd floor. the bed room is so hot the whole day and night. it just uses one fan with one way only. the toilet flash is broken and the receptionist didn't get my reservation on the system and it took so long

The room look great with that price, clear and this is great place for people who want to visit Phnom Penh with the low cost.

Murah banget enak. cocok untuk backpackers.

Don't have aircon as advertised, 1 toilet for 10 beds, noise. From 3 electric fans 1 don't work, it's a oven.

You get what you pay. Don’t expect anything.

Resepsionis cukup membantu apalagi dia fasih english. Kalau kita mau kemana-mana mereka akan booking tiket bus kita dan tempat ini juga menyediakan paket tour. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau dari atraksi turis dan ada bar, kafe, tuktuk serta berbagai jajanan disini.

Wi-Fi is very slow and my friend failed to connect to Wi-Fi for our 1st day.

The people were okay and the guy at reception even helped us get a tuktuk. However, the place is something really what you pay for. The room smells very old, cockroaches in the comfort room, dirty comfort room too! We only stayed here to leave our luggages but we chose to just stay at Starbucks to rest because the place is quite unbearable. The again, you get what you pay for.

Though we arrived very late at night, they still able to accommodate us. air-conditioning was not working but overall it still work. still will recommend this to my travelling friends.

Cheap, location is near market and has a beer bar and restaurant below

The room is not quite clean, however it is big compared to many guesthouse in Phnom Penh. +1 for that. But one thing that mostly turn me off from giving a more positive review is the light. The guesthouse provided me a red/yellow light room which is very disturbing and not good for the eyes. I can't do much except sleeping. I think this problem could be easily solved by changing into white light. Other than that, the room is affordable and acceptable
