Good location, close to markets and the old town.

Premièrement, ne avions réservé 3 chambres, il n'en avait que deux, ne avons du attendre.,étions supposer avoir un bureau de travail ds les chambres ,il n'y en avait pas, la propreté laissait à désirer, les chambre n'avait pas de frigo, les photos de hôtel.com date d'une autre aire, chambre surévalué.

Le 4 janvier à notre arrivée l’hôtelier nous indique qu'il n'a plus de chambre disponible malgré notre réservation en ligne ( salle de bain soit disant HS) , Il nous transfère dans un autre établissement (le Champeysor) lui appartenant ( l'hygiène et propreté lamentable ). Le lendemain matin nous réintégrons le le Neakru. Petit déjeuner très spartiate , personnel mal formé , etc... Enfin bref ils nous ont fait perdre une matinée de visite. Nous n'avons pas l'habitudede raler mais là , cet hôtel ne mérite pas votre attention.

Hotel Staff were nice and accomodating. Will Stay again if visiting Kampot.

As they told me upon arrival at the hotel, they no longer work with hotels.com however for some reason their listing is still there! The owners were kind enough and helped me find another room in the area, as the hotel was fully booked for new year’s eve.

Hier nicht buchen! Achtung!! Hotel bestreitet trotz vorlage der buchungsbestatigung die Onlinebuchung! Wir haben kein zimmer bekommen! Ob wir unser geld zurück erstattet bekommen werden wir noch sehen!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room were very clean. I don't recommend the hotel for elderly people because there is not a lift and all rooms are on first or second floor with lots of steps.

Nice staff and perfect location. Dirty towels and sheets.

I'm not sure why this hotel has such a good rating, in our experience it was only average and we booked a 'superior' room. They didn't clean the room during our stay so by day 2 we had an ant problem. They mention having a balcony in their room description but really it's an open corridor to all the room on that floor so you can't use the space to sit. The biggest failing was the guy on reception, he just didn't have the attitude needed to be in that job and represent the hotel well; no offer to help with bags, he tried to overcharge us for laundry, doubling the price then no apology. While waiting for our bus the morning we were leaving another guest came to complain about issues with his room, he was very calm and collected, just looking for a solution but the receptionist didn't offer any apology, excuse or solution in the 10 minutes we were privy to the conversation.

Good stay. Helpful front desk that was able to book day trip as well as bus tickets to Siem Reap for us. WiFi was spotty. Quick walk in to the busy areas and restaurants but nice and quiet at night.

WiFi was spotty, went out completely on our second night. Front desk was very helpful booking excursions and bus tickets. Small restaurant on site. Walking distance to most everything. Quiet at night.

Good value. The rooms are in good condition and are clean. The water pressure of the shower is low. Service was good and helpful (including bus tickets booking) The hotel is renting scooters for a dollar more than we saw elsewhere. The scooters are in a good shape and it saves the walk to get some. Location of the hotel is ok too. Short walk to the centre or river

Hôtel récent et bien tenu. Chambre propre et tous conforts. Location vélos et scooters sur place. Personnel accueillant. Quartier calme. Bien situé.

The hotel is very new, with great rooms in low price. Definitely recommended. The location was good. Staff was a little weird but maybe it was because of poor communication in English.

Clean, wifi, air con, lots of your information and helpful and great breakfast close by if you don't have time. No mini fridge and water pressure a little light but has everything you would expect for the price range

Stayed here for two nights. When we arrived we just got the key, didn't need to show any reservation papers. We found this a bit weird. The room however was nice, and we got one at the topfloor. Then again they did not clean the room Even if this was included. All together we had nice stay, and it's located only five minutes walkover from the ciy centre. Better service and the hotel would be realt good.
