Very hot room.

not bad. basically okay. the boat tour was good. it is nearby national museum of phnom penh.

에어컨이 조금 덜 시원하고 찾기가 좀 힘든것만빼면 전체적으로 괜찮습니다

프놈펜공항에서 택시로 호텔을 찾았을때 첫인상은 호텔입구가 도로안쪽에 있어서 눈에 잘 띄지않는 골목에 있어서 잘못선택했나 실망스러웠으나 아니었다!!! 캄보디아풍으로 지은 호텔로비를 보며 만족스러움으로 바뀌었다~ 넓고 깨끗한 객실과 욕실, 무료로 제공받은 15층 레스토랑에서의 부페식 호텔조식은 미안할정도로 훌륭했다 갓구운빵은 너무 맛있고 요리종류도 다양하고 야채 과일은 신선했다 바로아래 14층 수영장과 바도 너무 훌륭했다 호텔로비엔 회의도 할수있게 쇼파와 시원한 에어컨이 가동되었고 직원들은 모두 너무 친절했다 호텔근처에 왕궁. 킬링필드.국립박물관등이 있어서 관광하기도 좋다 날씨가 더워서 업무회의를 제외하고 거의 호텔내에서 지냈는데 룸에어컨 시원하고 욕실물 잘나오고,룸써비스로 식사도 해결할수 있고, 수영장에서 수영도할수있고, 스파&마사지도 받을수있었다 저렴한 숙박료로 최상의 서비스를 누렸다 강력추천!!!!!다음에도 또 가고싶은 호텔이다~

방이 넓어 좋았습니다.1층 스위트룸은 갖힌듯 답답하고 와이파이가 잘 안되 방을 바꿔달라고했더니 가족실로 바꿔줘 널직하니 편안했습니다. 아침 조식은 매일 같은 메뉴로 꼬치나 빵 정도 바꿔 질린수있음. 음식은 대체로 잘 맞은편임. 마지막날 볶음밥은 설익어 쌀을 씹은듯해 다소 아쉬웠으면 직원들중 한국어 사용하는사람이 없어 무조건 영어로 함. 직원들은 친절하나 표정은 무표정해 다소 아쉬웠음. 출입구 가 좁고 호텔앞에 툭툭이가 대기하여 주차하기 힘드니 조심해야할것.

1. noise: from am.4, near temple play buda-mention with big speaker very loudly. and very noisy because of auto-bicycle. so you have to use ear-plug 2. environment: you cannot walk because of narrow road and many auto-bicycle, no walking lane. very smelly of auto-bicycle exaust. 3. room no 1204: i supposed room at first, massage room, but later renewaled to room. so 2/3 of ceiling is high. others is very low. you must be careful of your head from collision with ceiling edge. i was hurted. 4. bed: cushion is good, but sheet get stained with yellow materials. but no smelly 5. toilet: old and a little dirty. but satisfied. 6. staff: very friendly and helpful

가격 대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있구요. 다만 호텔 위치가 골목안쪽에 있어 차량 진입이 어렵고 SPA및 마사지가 가능하다고 하나 막상 이용하려면 출장 마사지사를 불러서 이용하게 하는데 그것 또한 제대로 서비스가 되지 않았습니다.

I assure you that this hotel does great value for the money. But I didn't really love it. The room was clean and spacious, but at first they gave me a card key which doesn't work, and when I got a new one and walked into the room it was not the room I booked. These small mistakes made me stay out of the room and walk around. It was quite disappointing first impression. Thankfully, they let me keep my luggage at the hotel after checking out. But when I went back to hotel, they brought my luggage and told me they will show me the room that I'm checking in. I told them I already checked out that morning. This was nothing serious but made me think they are not sensitive about their customer. They have their own Tuk-Tuk drivers and also specified price list with them, and at the very last we took one of those to the airport. The price from hotel to the airport was $8 and we talked about it with the driver before sitting. However when we arrived at the airport and gave him $10, and asked about the change and he suddenly acted like he couldn't talk. At first I thought he doesn't have $1 bills but when we made exact $8 and gave it to him, he put those in his wallet and showed us that he had lots of small bills. Just $2 is never big for me -and probably also not big at all for most of people traveling- but it was so rude of him. The hotel itself was okay, but I think I'm not gonna stay here again if I visit Phnom Penh again later.

In need of a refurbishment. Old and dated. Staff were good b buht room was horrendous. Was suupposed to be an upgraded room but was a mess. No outside window but a tiny balcony opened into the bar next door. So bad they moved me to the Okay Palace next door which wasnt much better

At least they tryed. We spend 2 weeks, 15 days! Ok it was on 35€ per night with breakfast. Great deal!!! But everyday was a surprise. No hot water, dirty GREY sheets, never clean the room, just making bed. Towel so old that you can see through.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Quiet and comfortable. The roof pool is pretty and has nice view of the city.

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Eine besondere angenehme Stimmung im Hotel.

Clean room, beds are reasonable, very few electrical outlets is the main complaint. Breakfast was acceptable but as compared to other places, not as much variety. Great views from the pool. Great service, good location.

Good hotel. I would return. Big spacious room. Excellent staff.

Great hotel. Had the unfortunate incident where hotel staff allowed a group of young men to play their boom box at the pool and later at the pool side restaurant. Very unfortunate as it put a damper on an otherwise wonderful time. Shame on you management!

The only negative were slow elevators. The roof top restaurant and pool were superb.

L'hôtel est tres bien. Les membres du personnel sont très sympathiques et très avenants. La propreté générale est très bonne et les petits-déjeuners sont très bons et très complets.
