It is kind of out of the way, not by the other hotels You even go down a short dirt road. However, it is a nice quaint hotel. Very clean and homey. The owner and his family was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The pool was a nice addition. A good price for a nice stay.

가기전에 호텔측과 컨택이 잘 되어서 걱정없이 갔는데 체크인하고 객실보여주기전에 투어부터 판매하려고해서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 설명이 너무 길어져 내일까지 말해주겠다했으나 마주칠때마다 투어얘기해서 결국 다음날 아침에 투어신청했습니다. 선셋과 일출포함 스몰투어하여 두가지 예약했는데 선셋은 기존에 약속했던 3시에 만났으나 호텔로 다시 데려가 4시반까지 쉬고 나와서 가자하여 그렇게했으나 프놈바켕말고 이상한곳 데려가 관리인이 6시도 되기전에 입장마감한다고 나가라하여 결국 선셋투어 망치고 그날 투어 종료되었습니다. 다만 툭툭기사님은 정말 친절하셨어요 투어퀄리티나 영업적인 태도는 그러려니해도 청결이 엉망이였습니다. 침구류에는 뭔지모를 얼룩이 있었고 화장실은 들어가자마자 하수도냄새로 너무 역했어요 냄새가 너무 심해 호텔에 얘기해서 다음날 투어끝나고 돌아왔을때 조금 나아진듯했으나 곧 다시 악취가 났습니다. 세면대 및 샤워기 물은 양치질 못할정도로 심하게 철냄새 나서 머무르는 내내 생수사서 씻고 양치질 했네요 캄보디아 수질이 별로라해서 그런가보다 했는데 여행내내 식당이나 카페에서 사용했던 화장실 및 세면대 물에서는 그렇게 심한냄새가 안나더라구요 결국 마지막날 밤에 맛사지받고 샵에서 다 씻고 숙소에서는 안씻었습니다. 펍스트릿은 너무 시끄러울것같아 일부러 살짝 떨어진 조용한 곳으로 왔는데 심각할정도로 너무 별로였습니다. 체크아웃하는날은 공항드롭 요청했더니 추가금액 요구하길래 공항픽업드롭 모두 제공하는것으로 알고있다 하니까 자기네는 픽업만 된다며 돈을 요구하더군요 그것도 일반 툭툭가격보다 더 비싸게.. 호텔스닷컴 예약확인서 확인해보니 프리 라운드트립이라고 명시되어있어서 호텔측에 보여주며 물어보니 그제서야 왕복이 맞다고 하네요 여행자체는 너무 좋았으나 숙소가 특히 화장실 상태때문에 별로 안좋은 기억으로 남을것같습니다. 정말 비추합니다

The staff was friendly but the facility does not match what the pictures looked like and has not been maintained. After 10 mins in the room, I had to book another hotel. My son and I arrived around 11pm after delayed flights. The room had a dank, musty smell but I thought it could go away once I turned on the AC. We went to wash our hands in the bathroom and there was no soap or hand towel or even washcloth. The faucet sprayed water out at us rather than downward. After the general uncleanliness this gave off I checked the bed. Under both the pillow and again pulling back the bed sheet there were bedbugs jumping around. I would not recommend.

Englannin -kielitaitoinen vastaanotto ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ruoka ( illallinen). Aamiainen hyvä, mutta usein myöhemmin moni lajike loppunut. Mukava uima- allas, puhdas vesi ja miellyttävä alue. Välillä meluista, jos paljon muita asiakkaita. Talossa ei hissiä.

Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons: 1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel. 2. Towels were worn and stained. Holes were found on towels too and blood stain was found on bed sheet. 3. Lack of shower gel/ shampoo/ bottle water replenishment. That night we went back to the room and found the room door was unlocked, we guess the cleaner forgot to lock after cleaning. After checking nothing was missed, I went to shower and, in the middle of my shower, I found the cleaner did not replenish any shower gel and shampoo! I needed to ask my roommate to get some from the reception and I just waited in the bathroom with my wet body. 4. Drainage system in the bathroom failed to drain effectively and you would found the toilet flood after shower. Again, the staff claimed that was normal. 5. Breakfast choice and portion were very limited. Big guys like me would never be filled after the breakfast. The hotel refused to provide more. 6. Hotel location was remote and more lighting system was required both in house and on the way out. Be aware of abandoned dogs if you choose to walk back to the hotel.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful when it came to setting up transportation and excursions. When I gave my Initial three point review I noted that I was not happy with the hotels location. Another hotel that wasn’t exactly as advertised on booking.com. The manager got very pushy about wanting me to change my review as “everyone could see my poor review” but aside from this once incident the staff were great. Laundry service was cheap and we got it back same day. Which was very nice. Half the menu was unavailable and the included breakfast was ok but definitely not great. The pool was small but welcome and refreshing after dealing with the heat all day. I feel bad for the staff for writing this review because these are Points they have no control over changing. But it is what it is and as friendly as they were I would not stay there again.

We started off the trip on a bad foot, my ride was 2.5 hours late picking me up from the airport because of “miscommunication.” The room is dated, the bathroom showing the worst wear. The shower got nice and hot, but had no pressure (and I mean NO pressure) and was very old. It's definitely not what I would call a 4-star hotel. The bed is firm, but that didn't surprise me, as I'm used to the beds of Asia, but the pillows were nice. The pool was very nice after long, hot days of touring. They have tuk-tuks available when you want to go places, because the location is not ideal. At night, you can hear what all the other guests are doing outside, unfortunately I was staying at the same time as a large, rather noisy group, but it's mostly a quiet and relaxing spot. I only had one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel “restaurant” and was underwhelmed. Breakfast was white bread, a couple eggs and fruit. Meh. I had a bland curry dinner. It was okay, but lacking that flavor I wanted (I think they may have under-spiced because I'm white). Overall, it's okay, but I'm definitely not raving about it. I got a good deal and it was decent. It’s isolated, if that's what you're looking for, and it's cheap.

Excelente estadía. El personal del hotel fue muy atento en todo momento, siempre preocupados de nuestro bienestar. El hotel es muy acogedor, con un servicio de desayuno personalizado, area de piscina muy linda y en cada habitacion un pequeño lugar externo privado. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto libre de cargo y durante los tres días que estuvimos se nos asigno un empleado con su TUC TUC a nuestra disposicion las 24 hs. Destaco a PON LEU el chofer de nuesro TUC TUC, siempre bien dispuesto y con una sonrisa para todos nuestros requerimientos. El dia que llegamos nos ofrecieron un programa para los tres días muy bien diagramado. Altamente recomendable el hotel

I enjoyed the clean and well designed modern rooms. Their courtyard is beautify up-kept. The American style breakfast was just okay (I'm not in Asia to eat American). Staff were very helpful. Bathroom did have smell to it. Very friendly tuk-tuk drivers they employ as well. I wish they would have let me check in before wanting to have me make decisions on excursions (felt a little pressured there).

The hotel is nice for the price paid. But the staff is a bit pushy for tours because he said since the airport pick up is free, it's better to give job to the driver so they can get paid. I didn't like being pushed. Other than that overall experience is good.

Mycket fint boende och rent och snyggt. Trevlig trädgård. Det låg lite avsides ca 20 min promenad från centrum men kambodia är ju inte ett dyrt land så man kunde ju alltid ta en tuc-tuc eller motorcykel hem på kvällen för en dollar eller två.

가기전에 호텔측과 컨택이 잘 되어서 걱정없이 갔는데 체크인하고 객실보여주기전에 투어부터 판매하려고해서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 설명이 너무 길어져 내일까지 말해주겠다했으나 마주칠때마다 투어얘기해서 결국 다음날 아침에 투어신청했습니다. 선셋과 일출포함 스몰투어하여 두가지 예약했는데 선셋은 기존에 약속했던 3시에 만났으나 호텔로 다시 데려가 4시반까지 쉬고 나와서 가자하여 그렇게했으나 프놈바켕말고 이상한곳 데려가 관리인이 6시도 되기전에 입장마감한다고 나가라하여 결국 선셋투어 망치고 그날 투어 종료되었습니다. 다만 툭툭기사님은 정말 친절하셨어요 투어퀄리티나 영업적인 태도는 그러려니해도 청결이 엉망이였습니다. 침구류에는 뭔지모를 얼룩이 있었고 화장실은 들어가자마자 하수도냄새로 너무 역했어요 냄새가 너무 심해 호텔에 얘기해서 다음날 투어끝나고 돌아왔을때 조금 나아진듯했으나 곧 다시 악취가 났습니다. 세면대 및 샤워기 물은 양치질 못할정도로 심하게 철냄새 나서 머무르는 내내 생수사서 씻고 양치질 했네요 캄보디아 수질이 별로라해서 그런가보다 했는데 여행내내 식당이나 카페에서 사용했던 화장실 및 세면대 물에서는 그렇게 심한냄새가 안나더라구요 결국 마지막날 밤에 맛사지받고 샵에서 다 씻고 숙소에서는 안씻었습니다. 펍스트릿은 너무 시끄러울것같아 일부러 살짝 떨어진 조용한 곳으로 왔는데 심각할정도로 너무 별로였습니다. 체크아웃하는날은 공항드롭 요청했더니 추가금액 요구하길래 공항픽업드롭 모두 제공하는것으로 알고있다 하니까 자기네는 픽업만 된다며 돈을 요구하더군요 그것도 일반 툭툭가격보다 더 비싸게.. 호텔스닷컴 예약확인서 확인해보니 프리 라운드트립이라고 명시되어있어서 호텔측에 보여주며 물어보니 그제서야 왕복이 맞다고 하네요 여행자체는 너무 좋았으나 숙소가 특히 화장실 상태때문에 별로 안좋은 기억으로 남을것같습니다. 정말 비추합니다

It is kind of out of the way, not by the other hotels You even go down a short dirt road. However, it is a nice quaint hotel. Very clean and homey. The owner and his family was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The pool was a nice addition. A good price for a nice stay.

The staff was friendly but the facility does not match what the pictures looked like and has not been maintained. After 10 mins in the room, I had to book another hotel. My son and I arrived around 11pm after delayed flights. The room had a dank, musty smell but I thought it could go away once I turned on the AC. We went to wash our hands in the bathroom and there was no soap or hand towel or even washcloth. The faucet sprayed water out at us rather than downward. After the general uncleanliness this gave off I checked the bed. Under both the pillow and again pulling back the bed sheet there were bedbugs jumping around. I would not recommend.

Huone parvekkeella mukavan kokoinen. Hotelli rauhallisella alueella kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Huoneessa tarvittavat palvelut, paitsi ei sandaaleita. Englannin -kielitaitoinen vastaanotto ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ruoka ( illallinen). Aamiainen hyvä, mutta usein myöhemmin moni lajike loppunut. Mukava uima- allas, puhdas vesi ja miellyttävä alue. Välillä meluista, jos paljon muita asiakkaita. Talossa ei hissiä.

Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons: 1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel. 2. Towels were worn and stained. Holes were found on towels too and blood stain was found on bed sheet. 3. Lack of shower gel/ shampoo/ bottle water replenishment. That night we went back to the room and found the room door was unlocked, we guess the cleaner forgot to lock after cleaning. After checking nothing was missed, I went to shower and, in the middle of my shower, I found the cleaner did not replenish any shower gel and shampoo! I needed to ask my roommate to get some from the reception and I just waited in the bathroom with my wet body. 4. Drainage system in the bathroom failed to drain effectively and you would found the toilet flood after shower. Again, the staff claimed that was normal. 5. Breakfast choice and portion were very limited. Big guys like me would never be filled after the breakfast. The hotel refused to provide more. 6. Hotel location was remote and more lighting system was required both in house and on the way out. Be aware of abandoned dogs if you choose to walk back to the hotel.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful when it came to setting up transportation and excursions. When I gave my Initial three point review I noted that I was not happy with the hotels location. Another hotel that wasn’t exactly as advertised on booking.com. The manager got very pushy about wanting me to change my review as “everyone could see my poor review” but aside from this once incident the staff were great. Laundry service was cheap and we got it back same day. Which was very nice. Half the menu was unavailable and the included breakfast was ok but definitely not great. The pool was small but welcome and refreshing after dealing with the heat all day. I feel bad for the staff for writing this review because these are Points they have no control over changing. But it is what it is and as friendly as they were I would not stay there again.

It was amazing 😉 mainly the staffs were so soft and helpful as if we are their family.Its very quit and peaceful and the location is also good so i prefer other guest to stay here no doubt you guys wont regrate it. We stayed for three days and it was so fabulous ✌✌✌

We started off the trip on a bad foot, my ride was 2.5 hours late picking me up from the airport because of “miscommunication.” The room is dated, the bathroom showing the worst wear. The shower got nice and hot, but had no pressure (and I mean NO pressure) and was very old. It's definitely not what I would call a 4-star hotel. The bed is firm, but that didn't surprise me, as I'm used to the beds of Asia, but the pillows were nice. The pool was very nice after long, hot days of touring. They have tuk-tuks available when you want to go places, because the location is not ideal. At night, you can hear what all the other guests are doing outside, unfortunately I was staying at the same time as a large, rather noisy group, but it's mostly a quiet and relaxing spot. I only had one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel “restaurant” and was underwhelmed. Breakfast was white bread, a couple eggs and fruit. Meh. I had a bland curry dinner. It was okay, but lacking that flavor I wanted (I think they may have under-spiced because I'm white). Overall, it's okay, but I'm definitely not raving about it. I got a good deal and it was decent. It’s isolated, if that's what you're looking for, and it's cheap.

Excelente estadía. El personal del hotel fue muy atento en todo momento, siempre preocupados de nuestro bienestar. El hotel es muy acogedor, con un servicio de desayuno personalizado, area de piscina muy linda y en cada habitacion un pequeño lugar externo privado. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto libre de cargo y durante los tres días que estuvimos se nos asigno un empleado con su TUC TUC a nuestra disposicion las 24 hs. Destaco a PON LEU el chofer de nuesro TUC TUC, siempre bien dispuesto y con una sonrisa para todos nuestros requerimientos. El dia que llegamos nos ofrecieron un programa para los tres días muy bien diagramado. Altamente recomendable el hotel

This sweet little property is a real gem in a local neighborhood. Steven was an exceptional host full of grace and willingness to accommodate our every need. Our driver, “D”, was also exceptional! Friendly, kind and patient. Pool area was relaxing. Food was flavorful. Highly recommended for an intimate stay.

I enjoyed the clean and well designed modern rooms. Their courtyard is beautify up-kept. The American style breakfast was just okay (I'm not in Asia to eat American). Staff were very helpful. Bathroom did have smell to it. Very friendly tuk-tuk drivers they employ as well. I wish they would have let me check in before wanting to have me make decisions on excursions (felt a little pressured there).

The hotel is nice for the price paid. But the staff is a bit pushy for tours because he said since the airport pick up is free, it's better to give job to the driver so they can get paid. I didn't like being pushed. Other than that overall experience is good.

Mycket fint boende och rent och snyggt. Trevlig trädgård. Det låg lite avsides ca 20 min promenad från centrum men kambodia är ju inte ett dyrt land så man kunde ju alltid ta en tuc-tuc eller motorcykel hem på kvällen för en dollar eller två.
