Hi, this property is not what I thought of from the pictures. It is much older. The staff are very friendly and kind. The room as I first enter it has a musty odor to it. The air con works well, the coach and tv are good. I don't like thr bathroom because their are no blinds for privacy. Can't take a shower. The kitchen is ok. The major concerns is that their are open spaces for bugs to come into the room by the air con access gate. Fix the odor problem, seal the room from bugs, get blinds for the bathroom. If you know your way around the city and is in Phnom Penh for a weeklong business, this is an excellent place to stay.
It has some 2 BR apartments and full kitchens and washing machines in a quiet neighborhood but 15 min walk from expats (ie:foreigners who actually live and work in Cambodia) restaurants and bars.
It may not be appropriate for first timers in PP though and not close to the touristy scene but you can always hail a TuK Tuk as PP is not that large.
The price is very reasonable, it is clean with both fans and aircon, hot water abundant and water pressure is good. There a convenience store next door and a late bar 50m away.
The staff is eager to help. Of course the place has some 90ish flavor to it, but it makes you feel like an old PP hand.

Not at all as in the photos on the site. No hotel shuttle or concierge as listed. Also in a rather rundown area of the city. Expedia, or any other booking site, should be more involved in verifying condition and services.

The apartment is comfortable but has sole issues like lack of pots and pans etc and washer not installed properly. Wifi is good. The local area is dirty but there's good restaurants and cafes not too far. Note that the gym is in very bad condition almost unusable.

Comfortable apartment. Clean. Fairly fast internet although it resets every now and then. There is washer which is great but not installed properly and it floods the bathroom when used. There is a kitchen but not a single pot, pan, plate or silverware so it's a waste of space. The street that this place is located in is full of rubbish however there are decent restaurants and coffee shops within 10 minute walk. Gym is a 2 out of 5. Staff is friendly.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The wifi is very strong and reliable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is very central, close to shopping, market and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay in Phnom Penh.

近くにはロシアンマーケットやボントラバイプラザ、ミニマートもあり、目の前のコーヒーショップを指定すれば、トゥクトゥクにも伝えやすい場所。
サービスアパートメントなので、洗濯機や冷蔵庫、食器や調理道具もついてます。
ただ、部屋によってバラツキがあるので、事前確認すれば、家から持って行った方がいいものがわかります。
ベッドも清潔で、土日以外はクリーニングも入ります。
ホテルではないので、アメニティやセキュリティーボックスはありません。
住むように滞在できるので、家族連れや、1週間滞在などにおすすめです

地図で見た印象よりも便利な立地でした。ホテル向かいのウエダコーヒーもとてもよかったし、トゥクトゥクも常にホテル前に数台いて、バス停も近かったです。マーケットも近かったです。セーフティボックスがあれば完璧でした。
