Super clean and great staff. The check in process was wondering and they were waiting for me when I arrived. This is for sure the place to stay in Banlung.

Nous avons passés 4 nuits au Lodge des terres rouges. Le cadre est magnifique , le service attentionné et le restaurant propose une carte complète et très savoureuse. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu, qui vous propose diverses activités (vélo, elephants, etc).

If you are going to Ratanakiri, this hotel is the best. I went there in a rainy season and stayed in a fan room but it was great. The hotel has a pool but not many people used it so we had it all to ourselves. The hotel is really beautiful, has a garden with many seating areas and trees.
The biggest reason I recomment this hotel is the staff. They personally care about your trip. I had to leave early, before breakfast started, because of the bus schedule. Staff at the hotel packed some food for us to eat on the bus even though it was before their working hours!
Other things...
The hotel arranges a variety of tour programs and lends bicycles. And picks you up from the bus station and drops you off if you ask.

Having stopped at this hotel numerous times over the past 14 years it was sad to see the clear neglect covid19 has had on the Hotel, with no manager on site and a staff who have clearly become lazy.
upon checkin i was even asked to pay upfront as they did not believe i had paid Hotel.com and my checkin was only cleared once i showed my online banking statement .
rooms were a bit tired,, dirty walls and sheets that did not fit ,i had to replace the towels 5 times as they were old and smelt offensive once they got wet . i would not use them to wipe my floor. this hotel was meant to be the expensive treat of my 6 day holiday and it ended up being the most disappointing

La piscine n'était pas accessible pendant la moitié de mon séjour.
Le personnel est formidable.
Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété et dommage que les jus de fruits proposés ne soient pas des jus frais.
Très bon emplacement, au calme et non loin du centre.
Un peu cher par rapport aux prestations peut être à cause de la saison morte mais je suis malgré tout satisfaite de mon séjour.
