Meget imødekommende personale, fin service. Havde glemt min jakke, som de kørte ud til lufthavnen med. Det ville de ikke have noget for. Der var ingen rist i brusekabinen, så vandet løb ud på badeværelsesgulvet. Der var ikke varm vand i bruseren, men det sagde vi ikke før afrejse. Det var en fejl sagde de. Ville gerne have haft det at vide. Der manglede håndklæder hver dag. De tog de brugte men glemte at lægge nye. Dejlig og billig morgenmad.

Carino, con piccoli accorgimenti potrebbe essere molto carino. In ogni caso a pochi passi dal "centro", ma in posizione tranquilla. Stanza consegnata pulitissima, ma durante il soggiorno viene solo rifatto il letto e data una sistemata generale. Possibilità di colazione al sacco se uscite presto per escursione, noi non abbiamo specificato richieste e ci sono state preparate 4 fette tostate e della marmellata fresca. Limitata ma buonina la colazione in loco. Ottimo il pickup gratuito in hotel (20 minuti di piacevolissimo tuktuk. Al ritorno lo potrete pagare facilmente 5euro). La prima camera che ci è stata proposta era buia e al piano terra, la seconda era ottima, anche se sarebbe meglio il lato città.

Le personnel est formidable, d'une serviabilité hors pair. L'emplacement est génial à proximité de pub Street, dans la même rue d'un bon nombre de bon restaurants. Le tout sans être géné par l'effervescence et le tumulte festif.

A true disappointment. What was shown on the website was NOTHING like the room. The toilet was broken, the room was not cleaned, no to mention the things included like breakfast, safe or a hairdryer they refused to honor even after showing them my confirmation. I could even feel the coils in the bed.

Overall it was what I expected. However my reservation included free breakfast (as noted in my confirmation email as well as on the listing). When I showed them my confirmation email which stated I had free breakfast included they told me that they would not provide it as on their end it said I only paid for the room. I told them that was rediculous as i had paid for room and breakfast and it was stated in my confirmation email. I had to argue with the hotel manager for 20 minutes before he finally gave in and said “for you, my friend, we will give breakfast” as if they were doing me a favor or something. I paid for it! Bad customer service.

Que dire... il y a du très bons comme du mauvais. Nous avons Check-in plus tôt (5$) et nous sommes allés dans la chambre. Eeeeuh il n’y a qu’un seul lit, nous sommes 3. Donc apparement ça existe dans un hôtel de proposer un seul lit pour 3 personnes. Nous avons du payer 10$ de supplément pour une chambre avec 2 lits. Mis à part ça l’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très serviable et surtout adorable. Aïe, deuxième kouak : la piscine n’est pas utilisable car non nettoyer. L’explication : il a plu ces derniers jours, il m’a nettoieront demain... sauf qu’ils ne l’ont Jamais nettoyé et que dans la chaleur étouffante d’en Siem Reap c’est très frustrant de ne pas pouvoir se baigner (c’est surtout pour ça qu’on avait réservé cet hôtel). Mais à part ça, très bon entretien de ce magnifique endroit

酒店地點在市中心，外出購物只用五分鐘。另外洒店裝潢設計都很好，最大問題是沒有電視訊號，而且泠氣基本上是沒有（只有吹風效果）！

Siem Reap was nice, but very hot in May. The hotel was nice and a close location to Pub Street area. The staff were fantastic and always smiling. The rooms were a little dated but the stay was nice. I would recommend with one caveat. If you’re traveling alone (as a female mainly), the pathway to the hotel from the hotel is not completely lighted. While I felt completely safe, my female companion made the point that she would be fearful of walking it alone. Overall, a. I’ve hotel with courteous staff, a nice breakfast, reasonably priced and a nice location.

Stayed here with my mum. On arrival was told they had booked our room out to another couple but arranged a room with two beds for us. This turned out to be one bed and a cot (which was hard as a rock and wouldn't have been suitable for a whole week). Asked to change rooms, they refused, asked for a refund, they refused. Eventually they agreed to give us a room with 2 real beds if we stayed one night in the other. Of the two rooms we saw, they were nothing like the pictures, all the personality has been taken out of them. Grey walls & bad patch jobs, no artwork in the rooms. Some of the furniture is gone; We had to boil the kettle on the floor as the table was removed. They had no toiletries or soap, beds were made everyday but we would often have to go & ask for things like toilet paper, towels or water as they forgot to replace these a lot. We had no hot water for 3 days & we lost power 4 times while I was there. This seemed to be regular in Siem Riep although all other hotels in the street had back up generators. When we lost the power we had no water at all & day one it was out for over 8 hours. The food was okay but they kept running out of items and didn't replace them. Eventually they only had 6 things on the lunch menu. It was nice that the breakfast was included although the toast and was half a loaf of untoasted white bread. Great if you like eggs though, fried, scrambled or omelettes, your pick as long as its eggs. Honestly wouldn't stay here again.

Very friendly small resort on the river & walking distance to downtown siem Reap. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Travelling around Cambodia. This place is perfect. We spent a day walking around all the temples in Angkor Wat, then one day relaxing. This hotel isn’t perfect for relaxing. We spent the day by the pool but it’s also just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. Ideal! We go back in a heartbeat!

Staffs are hospitable , food are great , locations are excellent. Great value overall , very pleased
