No communication from owner. Tried to reach them Multiple times. Set up like a hostel.. you are living with other People. Misadvertised! Appears you are getting while apartment. Terrible dangerous snowy stairs. Back door is a simple lock like a bathroom so you don’t feel safe did not sleep one night there are if not feel safe.

False advertisement. You don’t get the full place to yourself like mentioned in the description. Parking is hard to find and wasn’t able to to get a hold of the land lord for the entirety of the stay. Not to mention we had some stuff stolen from the common area. Good location through.

Please avoid staying at this property. It is a hostel style property so you share many communal areas such as bathroom and kitchen. We experienced several issues (I have attached photos): 1) The bathroom door did not close, let alone lock. 2) There is an uncovered window with no curtain or blind to block the neighbouring room's view. Essentially anyone can look in at any time. 3) We received one towel when we booked for two. 4) There was no toilet paper provided 5) The premises were not clean. 6) We have made repeated attempts to contact the host of this property but they have ignored our and the hotels.com agent's phone calls, voice mails, messages. I have been requesting a full refund because we had to go stay elsewhere. I still have not received any word. Incredibly unacceptable. This listing should be taken down.

When checking in there was a very large amount of snow on the stairs with no shovel. The room looked very dirty with dirty tissue left behind in the drawer. The was also a window conecting two of the bedrooms. None of the windows had curtains so we would get woken by the trafic and sun every day. The dryer did not work nor did the oven. The host was messaged many times but I had never got any responses other then some pre planed ones what me and the other guests had all received at the same time. My advice is just book a hotel.

The property is neat and in excellent condition. The only issue was that there was no contact information or cell phone number to call in the event one has questions or issues to clarity.

This is a BARE necessity remodeled apartment with a new bathroom and kitchen that looks exactly like the pictures. The setup is like a 3 room hostel. The plus side has independent heaters per room, full size refrigerator, and being in mile end neighborhood. The amenities match a hostel: no curtains, no place to hang anything, a plastic foldout table, no hand soap (even when requested) or paper towels, no toiletries, extremely creaky IKEA beds, no batteries in wall clocks, extremely loud neighbors at 4am every day for 6 days. It served my purpose as an inexpensive multi room space.

I’m not satisfied with the quality of service.

Nous n’étions pas au courant que nous allons partager un appartement alors que sur l’annonce il était cité « Appartement rien que pour vous et les personnes de votre voyage » hors nous étions avec une femme dans le même logement.

The Property is neat, quiet and safe. The host is kind and friendly. I'm still there because cos is convenient for me

It was great experience to stay there! The locations was good, it was easy to go to down town and there were some groceries nearby apartment. Also the owner was so nice, when I text him to ask some questions, he replied quickly! It was so helpful:)

The best part of this property is it's proximity to downtown. The kitchen area, bathroom and living area are modern and clean looking. Room C, where we stayed was spartan-- a creaking bed, with two little pillows, an unfinished small dresser and a filing cabinet. The large window lacked a curtain so anyone from the kitchen, and potentially the neighbours could see in. The parking is "free"-- on the street-- but the severe restrictions must be observed. I was told we'd have the whole place but at least 3 other guests were present and they got up at 5am. The neighbours made noises at 4am and wore shoes so they were noisy too. The owner said cleaners would be by twice per week. We were there 3 nights and no one came to clean. The price is right, but it's a lot less comfortable than a cheap hotel.

chambre agreable, appartement partagé a 3 chambres bien agencé. Quelques bruits de voisins du a la construction de l 'immeuble, acceptable pour moi. Une bonne experience !
