Checkin was smooth, staff member exceptional. Suggested a dining option that worked out well for dinner. Perfect for a stay the night before a flight out of YVR. No problem getting a shuttle for a time that worked for us. Room was very clean. Great they serve breakfast before our flight.

Good price for Vancouver and very close to the airport. The hotel offers a scheduled shuttle to the airport. Continental breakfast was offered, not much of a selection and toaster didn’t work properly. There is a restaurant on site and a Costco across the road. Timmies down the street. Property needs some repair and updating. Rooms were decent and beds were ok. Shower was hot. Elevator made me consider the stairs. My adult son got a zap from the 3rd floor elevator call button. I ask him to do it again just to be sure. As usual he didn’t listen to me. The parking lot was ice and needed some traction aid applied.

Air conditioner is bad, it made very loud and very uncomfortable noise when running heat on very frequently all night long. Breakfasts were also poor, just served regular coffee, low quality bread and muffins. No sausages, no Beacons, no eggs, that’s the worst serving I have ever had.

Hotel cómodo para pasar la noche. Con buena ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento, desayuno incluido y excelente atención al cliente. Un buen lugar sin ser algo excepcional. Creo que lo que obtienes es justo por el precio que se paga.

Everything was Pretty decent and nice but i would recommend the hotel should improve their cleaning. Bathtub and towels were not clear and i found 2 small dead bugs on bed under comforter.

Close to airport but I missed the free shuttle. Property is a bit run down but the area is nice with walkable options nearby including fast food, grocery and a casino. The staff is friendly and helpful.
