Very well maintained and professional, and very clean and comfortable very pleased

Do not under any circumstances book, call, or even think about staying at this horrible place.Firstly, there were flies and mosquitoes flying around the room, and there were always a huge number of them. The manager promised me to take some measures, but of course he did nothing. Besides, there is absolutely no internet there.Well, the main problem is that these idiots who run this place are going to cheat you out of your money and simply cheat you, that is, they take $120. The so-called damage deposit.but after 11:00 am, if you are late even for one minute during check-out, they will charge you $15 forEven for one minute. And if you're more than 15 minutes late, they won't refund your deposit at all. So you have to be very careful with these scammers, especially the manager. The so-called, uh, African Indian RJ. Ah, absolutely inadequate, unbalanced, and the guy who constantly screams and yells. Eh.Threatens and insults.And he was very angry and aggressive with me, because he failed to swindle me out of money and deceive me, so he simply showered me with curses, insulted and threatened when I was moving out.Moreover, I should note that there's nothing to pay for there. And basically, everything there is already broken.And you have a high chance of being deceived.Oh yeah, the air conditioner is probably over 50 years old and makes a terrible noise.And it doesn't have a remote control.Plus, washing there is very expensive.I mean, the laundry.

The check in staff was great and helpful answered all my questions they room was more than expected for the price. Would like to see bar soap in the bathroom

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was great for the pricing and location. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub unfortunately takes two to three hours to fill, as it uses sink taps that do not have a ton of pressure. Hot tub was well cleaned and the jets had good pressure though. Bath tub was painted, and peeling on the bottom where one stands. Not an ideal texture. Those are my only two gripes that I'd like to see rectified in the future, beyond that the room was a great value. Stayed for six days in late May, and would stay again.

They don’t even let people stay for 5-10 minutes and ask for extra money. I stayed at alot of hotels in niagara falls and they are always adjustable and helpful but these were very weird. They made me wait for 15 minutes so that they can check the room after we leave. What a bad hotel

Worked out well for a night away, Very friendly and accommodating.

Hot tub was hot enough. Clean room, lots of channels.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Table top surfaces covered in sticky residue and hair. The dollar store body wash bottle was empty. The fridge didn’t work and the radiant heat running through the building didn’t have a thermostat to adjust the heat level. The parking lot looked like a dump site with random garbage bags in various areas, some split and random garbage was just blowing around and collecting in piles.

It is what it is....I checked in and was told the room was not ready. I left for 2 hours. On return...I was told the room still was not ready. Desk person went to strip the bed as the room had not been cleaned. I seen him return with bedding - I was sure it was the same he had just stripped...there was long black hair on the sheets and pillowcase...only 2 small pillows - the bed was thrown together. He took a mop and bucket but when I was finally allowed in the room - the floor was dirty and sticky. There was long black hair in the hot tub. The hot tub took 2 hours to fill - the only reason I booked this room and property. Other guests (all) smoke right outside their room - no 9 meter rule to their smoke came into my room - they smoked all night. I left at 2 am.

The heating system failed around midnight and there was nobody at the front desk that we could turn to.

Property has had it's share of time beating on it. However our room had the appearance of having been remodeled recently and was in good shape. Heat was controlled by head office, that was a bit weird. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
