알곤킨 레이크사이드 인

정말 최악의 숙박시설이었다. 침대시트와 베게커버는 너무 더러웠고,샤워실 물도 잘 안나와서 샤워를 못했다. 변기커버에는 변이 묻어있었고, 날씨가 추운데 히터는 작동하지 않았다. 히터를 달라고하니 초소형 팬히터를 주었다. 히터는 전혀 효과가 없었다. 전압문제로 히터가 작동하지 않았다. 화장실바닥에는 죽은 왕거미가 굴러다녔다. 방 아에 쇼파는 너무 더러워서 앉을 수 없었다. 이게 무슨 CD$ 250이 넘냐?. 환불요청 할것이다. 너무 추워서 잠을 못잤다.

나는 이곳을 선택한 나의 결정을 통탄했다. 전경사진을 보고 선택하면 안된다 호숫가 다리옆에 있는 싸구려 여관이다. 내가 예약한방은 주니어스위트룸이었는데 예약시 객실 정보와는 달리 침대가 2개이고 욕실도 2개인데 소파는 1개이고 객실에는 플라스틱 컵만 2개 딸랑 이었다. 내가 예약한 방으로 바꿔달라고 하니 이방 밖에 없다고 했다. 에어컨은 창문형 소형인데 소리가 얼마나 큰지 틀어 놓고는 잘 수가 없다. 작은 냉장고는 전원이 연결되어 있지 않아서 내가 찾아 연결해서 돌렸는데 냉장고 내부 상부에 곰팡이가 잔뜩 끼어 있었다. 숙소 안내에는 레스토랑이 있다고 했는데 레스토랑은 없어서 20Km를 운전해가서 저녁을 먹고 왔다. 아침은 8~10 사이에 제공한다고 체크인시 설명을 들었는데 아침에 가니 운영안하다고 아침 값을 환불해 주었어나 아침은 굶었다. 추가 와이파이는 있는데 약하여 사용하지 못했다

We enjoyed our stay, however 2 items need to be addressed. The hot water was not nearly sufficient for the in-room jacuzzi. It required waiting in half-hour intervals to get it 2/3 full (quite disappointing). Further, a door mat inside the room is needed.

Nice clean room with a lake view

Room was amazing, view was beautiful, Mike and Kai were wonderful, great time for relaxation and serenity in nature!

Upon arrival, we checked into the accommodation but left within 5–10 minutes due to the unacceptable and unsafe conditions of the property. The accommodation did not match the photos or description provided in the listing. The building appeared run-down, the furnishings were of poor quality, and the overall condition looked extremely cheap and unmaintained. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Additionally, we were informed by the staff that the water was slightly yellow due to an ongoing maintenance issue, but that it was “safe to use.” This raised serious health and safety concerns, as the water appeared visibly discolored and unsuitable for normal use. We also noticed that the locks on the room were partially broken, which made the accommodation feel unsafe and insecure. Given these issues with cleanliness, odor, water quality, and security, the property was uninhabitable and entirely different from what was advertised. We therefore decided to leave immediately after checking in.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man im Algonquin Park wandern gehen will. Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung gewackelt, so dass es schwer war zu zweit darin zu schlafen. Eine Ablagefläche mehr wäre gut gewesen zum Beispiel ein kleiner Schrank. Die Informationen, die ich vorher über Expedia erhalten habe, waren andere als die ich per Email erhalten habe. Es war etwas widersprüchlich. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung.

Beautiful. There was a circular stain on the bedspread. Needs to be washed.

The place was dirty and has serious hygene issues, rats came to eat our food. I was woken up by the sound four time and I was having nightmares.

No heating in the room . We couldn’t sleep all night. The bathroom gets locked from outside for a wearied reason. Fridge was not working. You have to call people to open it in the middle of night. One of worst hotel we stayed. Hotel with No basic amenities

This is a very run down motel, way overpriced. Very little about the description was correct. It claims to offer breakfast, but the restaurant was closed. Many broken fittings in the room: the tap on the sink, the toilet roll holder, window opener. Beds were uncomfortable. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Oh, and there is no staff in the evening to check you in. If you check in after 10pm, they will charge you an extra fee. Avoid.

It's such a beautiful spot for a getaway! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the views are gorgeous. It was our second time staying and we will be back again.

Shower water black color

The property is in a nice location, the staff were nice , however property needs lots and lots of improvements for the Canadian living standard . Washrooms , bath tub, bedding, linen need more cleaning. There are mouse inside the rooms, could not keep food outside on counter top and on the table. They ware making noise overnight and kids were scared. No sleep at all . We have power outage few times .Foul smell. Floors were dirty , oven was unusable , mouse poop in the toaster oven and hot water jug. Water was yellow and very low flowing, could not shower at all. Canadian consumers board and lake property business authorities should inspect this property. The price for staying was too high but was not worth of any money. Very disappointing. They need proper management and immediate improvement to run the business.
