Nice room. King size bed newly renovated

I booked my room through Expedia with my debit card they accepted it Alpine in on their website says they accept cash Visa debit or Visa for your deposit they don't I'm sorry that I did not have a Visa card with me so they did not accept my Visa debit card for my deposit on the room even though half the hotel was burnt down and still is then the lady outright lied to the expedient people stating that I had no ID even though I have ID and I took pictures of it and sent it to expedient who sent it to the Alpine Inn then the lady said that I have only a photocopy of my ID which is a lie just an utter disgrace on service for the general public I would recommend highly not to stay there and I would recommend highly to go across the street or go to the 2400 motel in Vancouver because they know how to treat people properly

Definitely older interior but clean. Easy parking right outside the door. Basic and clean. Has a coffee maker. Tv. Internet. Lower price attracts a weird crowd.

The fact that there was a great reataurant near by was good. Shower stall very small. Directions on TV operation not in room

Average Room

The room smelled musty and of stale cigarettes. I will be sure to spend more time reading reviews before booking and don’t recommend staying here.

The ceiling leaked in the bathroom. It was pouring rain outside and it was leaking onto the toilet. When we told the manager he said that was old so it’s obviously been that way for awhile.

Staff was fine but the room was very neglected and there were people hanging around the buildings who weren't staying there. A large part of the hotel was all boarded up and people were banging on my door in the middle of the night. Terrible.

Dirty washrooms and wet floor of bedroom......and stink yuks

Washroom was terrible and a leaking ceiling. Expected a better space for this price. No exhaust in the washroom.

Clean and friendly staff

The parking was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff you could tell didn’t care very much. Do believe it is being renovated but no reason not to take some pride in your work.

We know that the property was hit by a fire and it looks unsightly. The rest of the property seemed to be rented on a more permanent basis to some guests that made us feel uncomfortable. On one morning in front of one rooms there were several dozen empty beer cans on the ground. We ended up parking our car on the street at night because we didn't trust parking in front of the unit. It was our choice to stay here and we would recommend future guests that if you are on a budget and are okay with a lower standard then average it might be the place for you.

bugs crawling around the room looks like it had never been cleaned

Flat sheets were not changed, I found stains and hairs from previous customers.

Disgusting. Cigarettes amd bedbugs

Sheets could have been in better shape. Was clean.

The beds were clean, however the bathrooms were disgusting. Plumbing in the shower was loose. There was mold in the one shower.
