Very convenient location if you need to be by the airport. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated that they had a crib with blanket available for my baby. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The Alt is the perfect hotel to stay at Pearson Airport.
It’s easy to get to on the free train. You get off at the last stop, go down the elevator or escalator, cross the parking lot and you’re there. We flew out of terminal 3 so going back to the airport was the first stop.
The staff are excellent !
We had to return a rental car and a young gentleman was very patient explaining to us how to do the rental return. As you may know, Toronto airport is huge and confusing especially when returning a rental car but he helped us do it with little stress.
The staff is the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. My partner wanted a coffee which wasn’t on the menu and they looked it up and made it to perfection.
The rooms are quiet and the beds are lovely and very comfortable.
We would stay there again and highly recommend.

공항 근처라서 하루 자고 다음날 비행기 타기 좋은 위치였다고 생각한다. 화장실 문을 여닫는 것이 좀 불편한 것을 제외하고는 괜찮았다.

The staff were really nice and the restaurant was amazing, that being said the hotel itself was a letdown. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and you don’t care if the bed is comfortable then this is the place for you. It’s conveniently located right next to the airport so that’s nice. The place did what we needed it to do but it was not what we were expecting, especially at the price. The beds were hard as a rock, the bathrooms were strange (the tub was really small and the faucet and shower head were off center) water pressure was low and the bathroom doors were cantina style so there was no sound barrier/privacy. The whole bathroom seemed like it was an IKEA modular room, walls are not sealed at the floor or the ceiling. I would not stay here again.

チェックインから翌朝（外出時）まで、ホテルのWi-Fi利用時の情報入力でエラーとなり、利用できなかった。外出から戻り、再度ログインを試みたら、同じ情報入力でログインができ、Wi-Fiの利用ができた。
空港ターミナルから、空港内のシャトル列車でホテルまでアクセス出来るのは、とても便利でした。
