Avalon Suites Yorkville

아파트 호텔이라 프론트데스크를 기대할 수 없었지만, 안내가 그리 친절하고 자세하지 못해서, 건물 입구 찾는데만 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 위치와 호텔 실내 편의시설은 가격 대비 나쁘지 않았지만, 아침에 엘리베이터 호출 안된 문제(24층에서 걸어내려왔음), 물이 내려가지 않는 싱크대 등은 상당히 불편했다. 그리고 스텝들이 건물에 상주하지 않기에 불편 사항 접수와 처리는 기대하기 어려웠다.

It was nice to stay here for the first time. I was satisfied with the smooth communication with the accommodation owner. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation was not very satisfactory, and the noise was loud due to the construction around it. There was dust out of sight, and there was even a small stain on the bedding. If this problem is solved, I think it will be possible to recommend accommodation to all travelers.

Excelente ubicación. Departamento bien equipado y limpio. Tuve problemas para comunicarme para hacer el checkout. Envié varios correos, mensajes de textos y llamadas dirigidas a buzón de voz para coordinar salida y termine pagando late checkout por no tener con quien coordinar.

Bon emplacement. Très propre. Very helpful. Bonne communication de l'hébertiste toutefois la personne qui m'a accueilli était confuse, elle ne comprenait pas que j'avais réservé deux chambres séparées au lieu de une réservation avec deux chambres. Une fois compris, elle m'amène à la chambre. C'était après l'heure du checkin et ils commençaient le ménage de la chambre. Après une certaine attente et vérification avec sa supérieure, on m'a donné une plus belle chambre. Outre cet incident que j'attribue à son manque d'expérience, le service et l'attention étaient excellents. J'y retournerais sans hésitation.

Muito bem localizado, próximo a pontos super importantes da cidade e com fácil transporte para outros locais. O Apartamento em si é bem que equipado , confortável e limpo. A equipe da Avalon foi super solicita sempre que acionavamos, respondendo prontamente e tirando todas as nossas dúvidas e ajudando com ponto que precisavamos

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The fire alarm went off at 12 AM on a Saturday and lasted for half an hour! There was no communication from the hotel staff to explain what was happening or offer any reassurance, which made the situation even more stressful and unsettling. On top of that, there was no room service, not even for something as basic as changing towels or bed sheets. Despite multiple requests, it took way too long for any action to be taken. I even reached out to the hotel management via text, but no one called or paid any attention to my concerns. It’s clear that they have no regard for their guests or their comfort. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will never stay here again. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I have been coming back to Avalon. This is in an excellent part of town and I have been well taken care of.

Lack of clearer instructions on check-in procedures. The lobby receptionist is quite rude and made us feel unwelcomed when we arrived and asked for instructions. Thankfully, Michael Angelo greeted us immediately and brought us inside. Also, not sure who to ask for toiletries such as toilet paper and soap. The room temperature was quite warm and I could not adjust the temperature. We had to open the window to cool down the room. Otherwise, it's been a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. We will not hesitate to come back again.

Perfectly situated. Lovely suite. Clean. Very responsive. An absolutely 5 star perfect stay.

Súper bonito y en buena zona, pero es muy pequeño, si viajan dos personas con maletas grandes, es muy incómodo

Location is incredible, however I paid more for a better room and it ended up being worse than the cheaper one I apsis in my previous stay at Avalon. I will still go back, hoping I get the chance of a better room.
