THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA APP. ROOM WAS AWFUL AND FILTHY. GRANDKIDS OPEN THE FRIEGE. IT WAS DIRTY, MOLDY AND TERRIBLE SMELL. IN THE BATHROOM, BATHTUB WAS DIRTY AND SMELL AWFUL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Really rundown but was available when nothing else was. I guess there was a reason.

This place needs to be condemned. What a disaster. Everything stinks, it’s falling apart and it is dirty. We were not able to stay the whole night. We did not feel safe.

The hotel is very run down and dirty, the covers on the beds had white stains (don't ask me) I just removed them, The place smells. The pool is not working (not heated) it had green stuff in the bottom so I do not think they maintain that either, no ice machine but I did not venture the corridors filled with graffiti. The tub and the washroom need maintenance at least five years ago, stains and cigarette burns are everywhere. It took me several tries to get how to open the door with the card because the door sticks and the reader is old, it needs a lot if maintenance. If you want queen beds your room will end up in the part of the the motel area where the druggies lurk so do not come out when it is dark specially if you did not practice dealing with the door and the card during the times where there was sunlight The checkout took about 45 minutes as the guy at reception could not figure out the return of the deposit and he did not believe I used the card cause I checked in with a different employee. but if you want the zombie Apocalypse experience (if such event happened in the year 2000) and want to experience using looking at a yellow phone (old plastic) and Microwave from that era, sure go ahead, be sure to use the extra latch at your door as Zombies are attracted to the light and they check if the door is not locked for you and they do check your car as well. I really do not know when did they take those pictures to show on the hotesl.com website.

The swimming pool was out of order, and the air conditioning unit was experiencing technical difficulties.

Honestly you get what you pay for, it was not horrible but definitely not 5 star level

I'm not going to lie... our hotel experience was the worst I've ever had. We arrived to find a man living in his vehicle throwing bottles near my Jeep. The pool was closed for renovations, there was no complimentary breakfast despite it being advertised, and the A/C in our room blew nothing but hot air while it was over +30°C all weekend. After a late-night Walmart trip for fans, we discovered almost none of the outlets worked. I had originally booked a king room, but was switched to two tiny "queen" beds at the same price. My son and I had to share one bed beside the only working outlet so we could plug in the fan just to make the room bearable. The shower was broken, the fridge didn't keep food cold, and during last night's tornado watch the power went out, making the room unbearable. When I asked hotel staff to fix the A/C, move us, or even open a window, I was met with a very snarky "no." At 10:30 p.m. the room beside us was screaming, running the halls, banging walls, and slamming doors. I asked them twice to be quiet, called the front desk four times with no answer, then went downstairs only to find no staff. To make matters worse, Expedia refused to help when I called. After years of booking through Expedia, I'll never use them again. This was, without question, the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced.

First, shower is not working, and even there is no soap and other things.. Ac is not working.. we booked for a night but we just stayed 2 hours because its too hot inside and ac is not working.. even when I checked out I told that I had verg bad experience thats why we do not stay for a night and she said I know.. Don’t recommend!!

I booked on Expedia. I showed up and it was a dump and smelt of possibly urine. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and the employee said I have to contact Expedia for a refund. Good luck with that. I paid a lot of money to not even stay. Lesson learned. Never use Expedia ever again.

My bathroom at home was way nicer than the bathroom. In the room. There was no ice and no complimentary breakfast. The microwave couldn't be plugged in because the cord didn't reach the plug. There was no air conditioning. And the fridge was so loud you had to turn up the t v to hear it. But on a good note, the t v worked well

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Ample parking! But, probably one of the oldest hotels I have come across on Hotels.com!

Huge hotel with no guests besides us…weird vibe and no breakfast…pool was out of order and room was very dated .

This hotel should be removed from the hotel app. Pool was shut down lobby was trashed room was atrocious! We feared when we pulled in the parking lot and it looked nothing like the photos on the app. We asked to see the room which took 20 minutes for the front desk, person nice enough, but Not cut out for public customer service. Finally got an elevator that was not mechanically sound. Ended up, walking down the stairs for fear of getting trapped in the elevator. Check the room absolutely horrible. Did not stay. Did not check in. Do not recommend. Again this hotel needs to be taken off the hotels app as an option. Save yourself do not book here.

it is an old building with old rooms. the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were very nice , the shower was wonderful and the price was right. the staff were nice and prompt with what we needed.

No pool or breakfast as advertised. Stayed for 3 days no maid service. Only one lamp worked for lite other 3 lites no work,,,coffee machine in room but no cup or coffee. Ice machine out of order, ac blew warm air

Parking was secure with good lighting.

The pool was broken, the breakfast area was under construction. The room was old and dirty. The bathtub took forever to drain. Hardly any handy plugins for phones, there were several abandoned vehicles in both parking lots, missing wheels and parked across several parking spaces. Just felt shady
