가격대비 아주 훌륭합니다. 다른 이용후기처럼 건물이 오래 되어서 바닥에서 삐걱소리가 나긴 했지만 제일 윗층이라서 그런지 크게 불편하진 않았고, 오래 됐지만 유지 보수가 잘 된 것 같고 청결해서 불편함은 없었습니다. 퀸사이즈 침대가 둘이면서 거실까지 따로 있는 스위트를 이런 합리적인 가격에 이용할 수 있어서 4인 가족이 아주 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 게다가 주방까지 있어서 아이들이 있는 가족에게는 너무 좋았습니다. 나이아가라 폭포나 아울렛몰 까지는 차로 20-30분 떨어져 있는데 가는 길 주변 경관이 좋아서 드라이브 할 겸 떨어져 있는 것이 그리 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 오히려 좀 떨어져 있기때문에 조용해서 좋았습니다.

나이아가라폭포까지 30여분 정도 떨어져있다. 깔끔하고 조용하지만 2층에서 움직일때 천장에서 소리가 난다.

My room was well appointed and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast starts early on Sundays which was super helpful because I had to get going.

Staff were excellent and breakfast had many tasty options. Room was spacious and clean. I would return.

Great location and close to a very lovely walking path by the water

Our stay was all shades of awesome. Clean rooms, great service and staff, awesome breakfast. I would recommended 100%. We came as a family with little kids and they loved every bit of the experience

There is stomping sounds when people are walking above the room. The breakfast options are limited and there is a big problem with a cross contamination because sausages and eggs are placed in one container. Their management needs to be mindful of people with dietary restrictions. The kitchen lady is not at all welcoming. She is always watching for people who are making waffles. The breakfast room is terribly small.

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western location. The check in staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was very clean and perfect for our family of four. The kids were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool, but they enjoyed their stay. There is a river directly behind the hotel that allows swimming and there are life vest rentals. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, bagels, English muffins, yogurt and waffles from 7am-10am daily. The bathroom offers complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The lamps all have USB charging stations and the suite offered a stove top, mini fridge, plates, bowls, utensils, dish soap, coffee maker, tea, coffee and wash clothes. We will be back!

the property was fine. we found the hvac in the bedroom wasn't great. Too warm.

Staff provided excellent service. Bed was super comfortable and the room spacious and clean. A separate bedroom with its own tv. Would definitely stay again. There isn’t really anywhere to walk close by - the downtown is not very nice. However, just alongside the hotel is a lovely pathway along the water with “The Docks” where you can rent kayaks, peddle water bikes or paddle boards. Nice seats to sit by the water as well.
