Everything is okay for my daughter.

This is my go to hotel anytime I’m in Brampton !! I love how modern and clean the rooms are . The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and staff is great !!

Good quality hotel not too far from airport. Not overly impressed with evening staff (we arrived midnight) but daytime staff very good, breakfast choice average, room clean, bed v comfortable. Plenty free parking available for our visit.

Very clean and modern property. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff didn’t accommodate the fact that the fire alarm went off 2am and woke up my 2 kids my wife and myself. Ruined our following day.

Beautiful property. Updated, spacious, comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Had an extremely poor stay based on recent interaction with interaction with the head of housekeeping department, and will not be staying at this hotel in the future. Sad!

If you are looking for a cost effective way to stay within 25-35 mins of Toronto, 15-20 mins to the airport, 15 mins to premium outlets, and 15-20 mins to Pioneer Village where you can park for less than $5 and then take the TTC to Rogers Stadium in 3 spots, this is your hotel. Staff are good, free breakfast was delicious and a real meal rather than a continental breakfast, room was clean, easy free parking. If you don’t need a view, stay here.

This hotel is extremely quiet with little going on inside or in the neighbouring area. I sometimes felt that we were the only ones there seeing as the lobby was always vacant and no one in the restaurant or bar. The lobby could be a nice place to hang out however they have set it up as a very sterile and cold environment, in hopes that no one will use it I am assuming. Well they definitely have accomplished this. Not comfortable for kids. I would normally expect more from Hilton. Maybe desks and computers and a TV in the lobby where people could congregate would be nice? Rooms were clean and lovely however, but would opt for something more people friendly next time.

I booked this hotel because of its high star rating. Parking was free on site. EV charging stations were not superchargers. Lobby area was nice looking. Check in process was really slow as there was only one receptionist at that time (4pm). Pillows were too soft. Amenities were not provided in bathroom. I had to ask for them. There was a false fire alarm just after midnight and we did not see any staff there so we did not know what was going on. Big shout out to Nav at front office who was really helpful and understanding when we checked out. Our whole experience with this place got so much better because of her :). Restaurant staff were nice and friendly too. Our breakfast were yummy.

There was a party until 4am. People opening and closing doors all night long. No staff intervened. Then the air con started making a loud noise. Then there was a baby upstairs and I could hear a couple…fornicating. It’s the first time in my life that getting 20 mins sleep was not due to partying. I don’t think more could have been going on. The bed was also so hard my ribs hurt.
