Room smelled clean, travelling with a dog and it was handy to have a motel. The front desk person was smiley and helpful on arrival. Clean fridge, kitchen sink and stove and in the room there was a bed and bedroom for the second bed kitchen table and fold up chairs tv. Unfortunately when I extended my stay they were not able to accommodate the same room and was inconvenient for me.

Very basic motel, but it has everything one would need when passing through. The people who run the place are very kind and accommodating.

The motel needs a lot of upgrades. Bed linens were clean, but the towels were thin and not much bigger than a hand towel. Bathroom had a cursory clean, but someone needs to bend down and clean around the toilet pedestal. They also need to look up and clean the bathroom fan. I'm surprised it even worked. Outside in the car park there were 8 inch pieces of re-bar sticking up where some concrete parking blocks once stood. I pity the person who trips on one. They could be impaled. The building needs new shingles, new fascia - oh heck a complete overhaul. We were supposed to stay there again on our return trip from the Yukon but canceled our second reservation. If Hotels.com has standards I don't think this motel would pass. Pictures on-line make it look okay, but it's not.

The Staff was very friendly. The rooms are entirely worn down which is not necessary something I'd complain about but the fact that they're using bedding that's probably 20 years + old that makes the overall experience terrible in my opinion. Fair enough it's a fairly priced motel where travelers get some rest but if the bedding smells like smoking I'm already done with this place. It wasn't enjoyable at all and we were heading out the next morning early. Please invest in new bedding- your guests will thank you.

Located near a gas station which was nice since we were traveling across Canada.

When we arrived, we were assigned a room at the back of the hotel in a secluded area. Unfortunately 3 youths were hanging out drinking and smoking pot in this area. The host at the counter was understanding and reassigned us a room on the upper level. The room itself was VERY dated and in poor repair. Stains all over the carpet, dirty fridge, non-existant towel rack in the bathroom but holes from where it was ripped from the wall were still there. My wife avoided the comforter like it was the plague. This is a very budget motel, suitable (maybe) for those on extreme budgets or a desperate for a quick overnight stay. That said, the front office staff was friendly and helpful.

Pretty typical roadside motel; office is in the gas station. Room had nice amenities; it's essentially a studio apartment. Clean, comfortable.

Very clean. Nice staff. Little kitchen in room .Not a lot of cookware or utensils.

Nice motel complex with gas station and convenience shop. Right on Alaska hwy in the town. Quiet room, no breakfast included. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean too, no smells. Had a nice stay.

I have stayed here so many times when I have passed through Fort Nelson. They are consistent in what they provide; a clean and safe space to get some relief from the road. They are conveniently located to everything you need; the staff is knowledgeable about local recommendations too!

Seemed a little sketchy at first but the people were very helpful and friendly. Has all the amenities you could need if you plan to stay longer than a night.

I have stayed here numerous times; it never disappoints. It is clean, it is quiet, it is safe, it is close to everything, and it has ample parking.

Easy parking. Kitchenette with big fridge and fully equipped. The so called mattress was nothing bit a paper thin pad over bare springs. Gotta wonder if thats what the owners sleep on in their homes!

You get what you pay for

Staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi was good. The room was clean. Location is fantastic for access to the freeway as well as food and gas and otherwise.

Check in was great. Parking was good. Filthy floors with cigarette burns. Kitchenette very poorly stocked. Very dated. For the low price, it was adequate. Just didn't feel clean the whole time I was there.
