I paid for the room months ago. I arrive on my reservation date. The clerk (who would only speak through a small window), said he had no room with my name. I tried to show him my reservation number and confirmation and he declined to look. He said he doesn't deal with expedia. He said all the rooms are filled which leads me to suspect they booked my room out to someone else.

I came in 1 am for checkin and request for check out for 12 just one hour extra …. Very rude behave

This place was disgusting. I find it hilarious that they call it “Inn and Suites” when clearly there is low income housing that lives in the building. The exterior door handle was falling off and there’s no security so people can’t just walk in. Then we see the deadbolt in our work room doesn’t work. What a disgrace. If I could post pictures you would be as horrified. This was all after me calling and being told very rudely they didn’t have a room for me and hanging up.

Found a bed bug on my arm so slept in my truck. Minor cosmetic damage that should be easy to fix. Poor or lazy maintenance

Being a bit older it would be nice to have safety bars in the shower. Overall our stay was lovely

Beds were very hard and no ac in the lower rooms

Rooms are clean and a reasonable size. A good base for travelling around the area.

Value for money

The room had insects and cobweds on the wall of the bathroom. I cleaned this up myself. There was alot of house flies. The building was being worked on the exterior on the side of the building I stayed in and there was garbage and cigarette butts laying around. I will not stay here again

The location was very good, close to restaurants and other amenities. The room was very clean too.

Did not have proper security for the building. Anyone could get into the hallway where are rooms where. No card access. Lock on door was broke. Door to another room was in our room and door was not secure. Gelt a bit unsafe. Had my 80 year old mother with me so i had to get creative with securing the room.

Perfect for me as a solo guy traveller who’s accustomed to roughing it. I would never bring my family here.

Checked in later, around 9pm. The room I received, was an adjoining room that had a door separating my room from the main room. There was no a/c nor heat controls in my room, which I did not appreciate. There was no kind of grab handles in the bathroom. This is something I haven’t done across in quite some time. Room was fairly clean, saw some hair in the made bed.

Very convenient, clean and accommodating to late arrivals. Close to the base, which was the reason for being in Angus.

I was at this property about 2 years ago and the lock/doorhandle from parking lot to the rooms 105 and so on has been broken since that time This is an issue as it’s also hard to open in an emergency situation This needs to be fixed

Quieter than expected. Has long term stays so I wondered if it would be loud. Was quiet at a decent hour and stayed quiet. Rooms have minimal sounds proofing between.

We checked into our room, and found the bathroom was dirty but the rest of the room was clean. The locks on the door did not work which made us feel very unsafe. We ended up putting the iron board from the closet in front of our door just to feel a little better. The outlet in the bathroom was sticking out of the wall which was very unsafe and made it unusable. There was also only one thin blanket on top of the bed which made sleep uncomfortable. The parking lot was very tight which made our vehicle a little hard to get in/out of. Overall, we were not impressed and will not be returning.
